Villa Velero a stunning villa with 5 double bedrooms, Hot tub, Pool table, tennis table & air conditioning.

Located in the exclusive development of Playa Vista, with stunning views across to the Island of Fuerteventura and just a short 2 minute walk brings you to the seafront promenade where you can find some beautiful small sandy beaches.

On entering Villa Velero on the upper level, the lounge has patio doors looking out across the sea to the island of Fuerteventura. Having leather sofas, there is a flat screen TV with international internet TV channels, CD Player, iPod docking station and free WiFi.

The fully equipped modern kitchen leads off from the lounge and has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster. Doors opening out to an upper terrace with a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining.

On upper level you will find a double bedroom with large double bed having doors to the terrace area. A 2nd double bedroom also has a large double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom (with a bath and shower over).

All bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning.

Stairs take you down to a second large spacious and bright second lounge area with a leather sofa, large patio doors leading out to the lower terrace and BBQ area.

On the lower level there are a further 3 double bedrooms with 2 of which have twin beds in. The 3rd is a Master suite featuring a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, And a super king size bed that can be separated to make an addition twin room.

With one of the twin rooms opens directly out to the lower terrace and BBQ area

Outside, there are two fantastic terraces offering alfresco dining. On the upper level there is a more formal dining area with table and 6 chairs which allows you to dine in comfort taking in the beautiful view and enjoying the stunning sunsets. On the lower terrace there is a large wooden table next to the BBQ

The external stairs take you to the pool area which features the heated swimming pool measuring approximately 6×3.5 metres in size and ranging from approximately 1.2 metres to 1.50 metres in depth with roman steps to enter.

Around the pool you will find sun loungers to soak up the sun. You also have the use of a fantastic Hot tub to relax and unwind in. On the sub terrace you will find our outside leisure area featuring a pool table.

On the second open area this is a Ping Pong table along with a large grassed are perfect for yoga or just relaxing.

There is a safe provided for your convenience and peace of mind.

Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.
The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.
