Villa Madrugada (Villa Jacaranda) is located in the west side of Playa Blanca close to Aqualava Waterpark, approximately 10 minutes walk to the Playa Flamingo area where there are shops, a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. The centre of Playa Blanca is around 25 minutes walk away.
The villa is designed with holiday luxury in mind, it is fully air conditioned and furnished with quality, modern, comfortable furniture and has a private heated pool.
To the front of the villa is a covered dining/seating area with a BBQ, there is ample sunbathing space around the pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, further seating and landscaped gardens, with a partial sea view. On the rear side of the villa is another seating area, from which the morning sun can be enjoyed. Neither side is overlooked.
There are two double bedroom suites and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom is en-suite, with a shower and bath, and they are all air conditioned. The two double bedrooms have direct access to the front patio and pool area, and the twin bedroom has direct access to the rear patio. The double bedrooms both have a dresser area, one of which has a safe.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with filtered drinking water on tap as well as oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.
To the rear of the villa is a utility room with an additional sink and drainer and a washing machine, from here you can access a private outside decked patio area.
In the lounge, there is a comfortable corner sofa, a 75-inch TV with all channels imaginable.
The villa has a modern security alarm system.Private off street parking for one car in front of the entrance gate.
