The living room has been stylishly furnished with two leather sofa's, coffee table, small dining table and a smart TV offering UK channels including sky sports .In addition there is a blu-ray player with a large collection of films for all the family.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and plastic ware for outside use. From the kitchen door you'll find the utility area with the washing machine and additional drinks fridge.
Downstairs you'll find a twin room and another king-size. Both rooms have air conditioning and large built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. The family bathroom has a bath with shower, large vanity sink and toilet.
Outside you're welcomed with a heated pool (8m x 4m) surrounded by a huge patio with plenty of space for the sunbeds . The garden also benefits from high wall all the way around making it private and safe for families. There are 6 loungers with thick cushions. There is also a Spa with colour changing led lighting perfect for the evenings, two large hammocks which are perfect for chilling and enjoying the garden and its views of Montana Roja, two shaded areas one with a sofa set and the other with a large dining table and chairs. There is a Weber gas BBQ and a full size ping pong table to keep you busy. The artificial grass is great for children giving plenty of space to run about.
The villa has an open plan hallway with shelving housing our large collection of films and books for your enjoyment.
Upstairs you'll find the spacious master-suite with a king-size leather bed, a quality memory foam mattress, air conditioning & en-suite which has a bath, shower, vanity sink, toilet and bidet. In the dressing area you'll find huge wardrobes and a dressing table and chair. Large patio doors lead out onto the roof terrace with sun loungers and bistro set perfect for morning coffee. The views out over the ocean are truly beautiful , perfect for relaxing.
Location
Villa Grace is set on a gated community in the Faro Park area.
Faro park has several excellent restaurants, a few bars, shops and cafe's as well as two supermarkets selling all essential including fresh bread.
The shops are less than 5 minutes on foot from the villa.
The bus service runs every 30 minutes to the town and Marina Rubicon from outside the supermarket.
The seafront is 10 minutes walk from the villa. The main centre of playa Blanca is 5 minutes by car.
