On entering this lovely villa from the off-road shared driveway you step into the lounge area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with IPTV (English channels with movies and sport). To the right is the fitted kitchen with solana and indoor dining room. The kitchen has all the modern appliances. The dining room can access the terrace.

To the left of the lounge area are the bedrooms and bathrooms; the master bedroom in this villa has a modern en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, there is a double bed and large built in wardrobe. Air conditioning completes this room. The second bedroom has twin beds, with a wardrobe, and the third bedroom also has twin beds with a built in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a walking in shower cubicle.

The spacious living room leads straight out to a large outside terrace through the terrace doors - with an outdoor dining table for alfresco dining, a separate seating area to relax and read a book, and a pool area with 8 x 4m heated pool, and plenty of space to sunbath on the sun loungers provided.

For perfect family entertainment there is a pool table and stone built BBQ - perfect for those warm Canarian nights.
