With accommodation for up to six guests, including two twin bedrooms (one of which can be made to a double) and a spacious double bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower, and doors out to your own terrace area away from the rest of the house.

The second family bathroom also has a large double size shower and lots of natural light provided by a skylight in the ceiling.

The airy open-plan living/dining area seamlessly opens out to the terrace where your heated private pool awaits, sun loungers, comfy sofa area and dining to seat 6 for enjoying an al fresco evening and a brick-built BBQ.

Leading off the lounge/dining area a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials for creating delicious meals. And with amenities like free WIFI, UK TV channels with Sports & Movies, and a utility room with a washing machine, dish washer, your every need is catered.

It is approximately a 10 minute walk to 2 supermarkets (Hiper Dino and Overseas), providing all you need for your holiday shop.

A further 5/10 minutes’ walk will lead you to the beautiful Paseo Maritmo de Playa Blanca, which runs 8 kilometres along the entire coastline from Las Coloradas to Faro Pechiguera, passing through the stunning Marina Rubicon where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and a twice-weekly market. The Marina shopping mall is a 26 minute walk from the villa.

When you book with Lanzarote Lates we include special touches such as towels, a hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board and a welcome pack, with some tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, some biscuits, A small kitchen cleaning kit and bathroom toiletries just to get you started before you head to the shops.
