The Serena Villas development is located in the peaceful Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca, in the sunny south of Lanzarote. This is a quiet, modern residential neighbourhood that’s ideal for a relaxed holiday while still being close to everything you need.

Within a short walk, you’ll find a supermarket, local restaurants, bars, and a pebble beach — perfect for easy, laid-back days. The stunning beaches of Papagayo Beach are just a short drive away and are among the most beautiful on the island.

The stylish marina at Marina Rubicón is around a 20–25 minute walk, offering waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and a lovely promenade. Playa Blanca town centre is a little further along the coast, with even more beaches, shops, and restaurants to explore.
