In this area there are many restaurants, bars and 3 supermarkets. It is a 15 minute walk along the coastal path to the centre of Playa Blanca town.
Casa Marina is a renovated one bedroom property in a quiet complex.
On arriving at the bungalow you step foot on to the peaceful little terrace equipped with small dining table and sun loungers. Upon entering through the large patio doors you are in the spacious Lounge / dining / kitchen.
The Lounge has been altered to remove the large central island and replaced with a modest dining table that nestles nicely in the room, A brand new comfortable sofa bed has been bought enabling a 3rd person to sleep comfortably.
The kitchen has been update to now include a dishwasher and new fridge freezer. Also benefitting from new lighting throughout the space is very light and airy.
The double bedroom has also been updated with a new double bed, bedside tables and large drawers and brand new fitted wardrobe, giving plenty of space to unpack and unwind. Brand new airconditioning has been added to the bedroom for more comfort. The bathroom features a walk in shower and all the usual amenities, and has had mosquito nets added to the windows.
The complex has a communal pool, please note that the pool is not heated, so the water will be much cooler from the months of October to May.

Welcome Pack: On arrival you will find some essentials, milk, orange juice, a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits
Cleaning: Guests staying for 7 nights will have their towels changed mid week. Guests staying for 10 nights or more will have their linen and bed towels changed mid stay.
