Casa Lunnett is a detached villa with a private heated pool. Located in Villas Janubio which is a recently completed gated community at the edge of Ciudad Jardin in Playa Blanca.

Located near to Marina Rubicon and Papagayo Beaches.

Please note the villa is not suitable for guests under the age of 14yrs

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with a dining area, well equipped kitchen, a spacious bright bedroom with a double bed with a modern silent ceiling fan, and a shower room.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king size bed benefitting from a silent ceiling fan, second bathroom and a private terrace area with views over to Fuertaventura.

Outside there is a private heated swimming pool, an outdoors dining area and a grassed space with sun loungers.

The property has a free internet connection and WiFi extenders throughout.


Lower Level

Living Room
The living room features a large L shaped leather sofa, with a dining area in the corner. With a Smart TV connected to the broadband – guests are able to log in with their own Netflix, Amazon Prime or other subscription services (subject to that service being available in Spain).

Kitchen
Lunnett has a well-equipped kitchen, A large upright fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (ground coffee), kettle. There are plenty of kitchen utensils. glassware, tableware and silverware are more than sufficient for 4 guests.

Downstairs Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, A modern ceiling fan/light for keeping cool on those balmy evenings.

Downstairs Bathroom
In the downstairs bathroom you’ll find a shower, mirror and all the usual amenities.


Upstairs Level
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and large built-in wardrobe. The master suite also benefits from its own entrance to the upstairs terrace.

Upstairs Terrace
The top floor enjoys its own terrace space complete with coffee table and chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee with views to Fuertaventura

Upstairs Bathroom
In the upstairs bathroom you’ll find a shower over a bath, mirror and all the usual amenities.

Outside Area
Outside there is a private heated swimming pool with a solar cover, a large grassy area with sun loungers, as well as outdoor seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. BBQ facilities are also provided.
The property has a private parking space suitable for a small car, however being the first villa in the complex it is sometimes easier to park in the outside area.

Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.
The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.
