Casa Carmine is a beautifully presented, peaceful 3 bedroom villa with gorgeous sea views over to Papagayo Beach.

The villa is on 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is a lounge with all UK TV channels, kitchen with dishwasher, separate utility room, desk area, shower room and patio door out onto the terrace.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes.

Upstairs the Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and small balcony where you can sit and look at the amazing views!

Also upstairs there is a twin bedroom with its own small balcony that has views of the mountains.

All of the bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans.

Outside there is a swimming pool, 6 sun loungers, sofa area and dining area.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU BOOK THIS VILLA TO STAY BEFORE 16TH DECEMBER THE POOL IS NOT HEATED - POOL HEATING WILL BE INSTALLED ON 15/12/23

This villa is conveniently positioned, with lots of amenities in walking distance if you don't want to drive. There are 2 supermarkets within a 3 minute walk.
Las Colorados Beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Marina Rubicon restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk on the pavements, 26 minute walk along the seafront path.
