Villa Sunstone

This stunning 2 bedroom Faro Park villa is beautifully kept and boasts aircon, a heated pool and a hot tub.

Only a few minutes walk (200 meters) away are breakfast cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars and a supermarket. There is also a bus stop, which takes you every 30 minutes to nearby Playa Blanca with its harbour, lively promenade and many shops.

The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo ( 3 km), Playa Dorada (5,5 km) and then of course, in our nature reserve Costa Papagayo, with its six different sandy beaches. The Aqualava Water Park, beloved by children, is about 3 km away.

The living room has a corner sofa and a large direct access to the large sun terrace and a flat screen (TV with international TV programs - incl. English Sky HD - sports, cinemas, etc.) TV and WIFI can be used free of charge.

The air conditioning / heating system is charged with a coin meter (€1 + €2 pieces)

The kitchen is fully equipped - stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher & coffee machine. In your welcome package you will find a bottle of wine, water, coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits. Mini bathroom toiletries & some kitchen cleaning products.

Washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one en suite to the master bedroom. Cot and high chair are available upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed every week. Each guest is provided with a pool towel, shower towel and hand towel.

Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.
The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.

Pool size: 3.5m x 7m. Pool depth: 1.25m - 1.65m

Fully Accessible: There are no steps inside the house and also in the sun terrace and pool area. The spacious shower room is wheelchair accessible.

Parents of small children: The pool area is separated from the other areas by a small wall and a garden gate.
