Villa Jacaranda is located in the west side of Playa Blanca close to Aqualava Waterpark, approximately 10 minutes walk to the Playa Flamingo area where there are shops, a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. The centre of Playa Blanca is around 25 minutes walk away.
The villa is designed with holiday luxury in mind it is fully air conditioned and furnished with quality, modern, comfortable furniture and has a private heated pool.
To the front of the villa is a covered dining/seating area with built in BBQ, there is ample sunbathing space around the pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, further seating and landscaped gardens.
There are two double bedroom suites and one twin bedroom. Each bedrooms is en-suite, with a shower and bath and they are all air conditioned. The two double bedrooms have direct access to the front patio and the twin bedroom has direct access to the rear patio.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with filtered drinking water on tap as well as oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.
To the rear of the villa is a utility room with an additional sink and drainer and a washing machine, from here you can access a private outside decked patio area.

In the lounge, there are comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD Player, mini Hi Fi, portable CD radio player and a safe.
Location
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo which is a short walk from the villa (turn right at the water park). It has a selection of restaurants on the beach front and 2 supermarkets, it is very family friendly.
The centre of Playa Blanca has its own beach, many excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and is about a 25 minute walk from the villa. It’s a nice walk along the promenade from Playa Flamingo or you can walk along the roadway.
There is another lovely beach just a few minutes walk past the main promenade called Playa Dorada there are sun beds and parasols and a selection of family friendly bars and cafes close by. From the harbour at Playa Blanca you can get the ferry to Fuerteventura or catch the water bus down to the Rubicon Marina and Papagayo Beach or book a sailing or submarine trip, there is a lot to choose from! Marina Rubicon is another 20 minute walk along the promenade from the centre of Playa Blanca. On the way there are more bars and restaurants for a stop off, many have night time entertainment that are worthy of a visit.
Marina Rubicon has its own excellent upmarket restaurants and bars. There is a shopping centre and a new bowling alley, you can enjoy a drink, a bite to eat, browse the independent shops and admire the many beautiful yachts in the marina. There is also an artisan market every Wednesday and Saturday on the marina quayside from 9-2pm where local crafts and souvenirs are sold Though a nice walk, if you prefer a lift home, taxis back to the villa from the centre of Playa Blanca or Marina Rubicon are plentiful and reasonably priced. There are several taxi ranks in the centre, the main one being behind the Old Mill Pub. The address for the villa is Calle Fuji.
Villa Jacaranda is situated close to Montana Roja, you can walk up this dormant volcano and even walk around the edge or down into the crater. The views from the top are amazing. Just wear sturdy footwear, it’s well worth the walk! There are several recommended restaurants situated a 10 minute walk away, just turn right at the bottom of Calle Fuji and just follow the road. On the way you will find a launderette and a gym.
