Situated with fantastic views of Montana Roja, Villa Bellota is a modern refurbished 3 bed detached villa set in a quiet residential area, yet just a 15 minute stroll to the local Flamingo beach and bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. The sea and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura can also be seen from the terrace.
The stylish villa has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with super king size beds and French doors from each leading to the terrace, the third bedroom has twin beds. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with walk in shower, the other with shower and bath.
Air conditioning is metered and is available in the lounge and the two double bedrooms.
The living area is open plan to the dining area and newly installed modern kitchen, that is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge freezer.
Villa Bellota has all that you need for a comfortable self catering stay.
The lounge has a large comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and free fast fibre WiFi.
A vast range of UK TV channels, sports and movies is also available.
The lounge glass doors take you through to the outside terrace.
The outside space boasts a superb 13m private pool that is heated all year round.
The large patio area that surrounds the pool and immediate outside space from the villa has a wooden pergola providing shade over a very comfortable seating area, perfect for day time relaxing by the pool.
There is a brick built BBQ and a further wooden pergola that provides shade over the outside dining area; just perfect for alfresco dining.
Comfortable sun loungers and a parasol can be found on the terrace around the pool.
Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.
The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.
