The 4 bedrooms (2 en suite) are air-conditioned and very spacious, the master en-suite double bedroom having a bath.
The master bedroom has an en suite with a walk in shower with his and hers basins. Off the internal dining area is another walk in shower with single basin. The other large bedroom has a separate bathroom which is off the lounge this as a shower over the bath with single wash basin.
There is a separate TV lounge with UK channels.
The kitchen is separate and fully fitted with all modern appliances and a Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine. The proximity to the sea ensures constant cooling breezes. The large 10m x 4m pool is electrically heated whilst the south-facing terraces provide plenty of space to relax in the sun.
The plot is one of the biggest on the development, and has beautiful gardens with Canarian plants and flowers.
