Casa Monarch is a brand new beautifully decorated villa with a private heated pool & also benefits from a large communal swimming pool within the gated community.

The private pool-side terrace has a dining table for al fresco dining, a large corner sofa area for chilling out and 4 x sun loungers.

As you walk into the villa the ground floor is a large communal space with a kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with a large sofa and English channels on the TV. There is FREE Aircon downstairs.

On the ground floor there is also a separate utility room with washing machine & a separate shower and toilet.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a communal shower room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, FREE aircon, an ensuite shower room and a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Both of these rooms have ceiling fans and spectacular views of the mountains that lead towards the Papagayo beaches.

There is also a roof terrace with 4 x sun loungers!

This villa is strictly no smoking, inside and outside.
Our villas are all located in mixed communities of residential and tourist villas - this means no loud noise, music or use of pool after 10pm.
