We had a brilliant holiday and so sorry to be back home! Difficult to get
use to the dreary evenings and the cold!
Everything in the villa was perfect.
The bikes were a big hit - despite the sore bums!
Just loved the walks down by the sea - so nice to have a warm breeze. The
weather was great - couple of showers and a bit cloudy now and then but
overall fantastic.
The house was spotless - another huge plus!
We'd love to return again but see you are pretty booked up - we're tied
here til the last week in June and I think you're booked from then on! It
would be nicer to stay two weeks next time. We'll see - have to check the
bank balance first - afraid to look!
Thanks again for all the useful information. Anyway, thanks again - one of our best holidays - ticked all the boxes!

Sorry for the delay emailing you been busy preparing for the 50th Birthday party which was on Saturday.
I really want to thank you all for the most fantastic holiday. The Bella Attina villa was absolutely brilliant. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were superb for our family of 7. We really couldn’t find fault with anything. What a great team you have I can’t thank you all enough for all the support you gave me in making this such a special holiday for my hubby for his 50th birthday from arranging the cake, decorating the villa with banners and blowing up all those balloons, arranging the car hire, finding me fishing trips etc etc etc and all of your team making a fuss of Nick when they popped round to clean the pool and the villa etc. The wine, OJ, biscuits, tea / coffee and the fresh flowers were all lovely touch and really useful after a long journey.
If we come back as a large group again we will definitely be using your company and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Bella Attina again. We have already passed on your details and sung your praises to a number of our friends.
I am happy for you to post our feedback on your site.
Thank you all so much again. In these days of generally poor customer service from a lot of companies you are definitely stand head and shoulders above them all.

22/10/2011 There were many nice touches on arrival, wine, towels on beds, sweets, brilliant kitchen and toys for the pool. It surpassed our expectations. We went to the office to say that the pool heating had switched off and someone was out and fixed it within the hour. We will definitely return, this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and it's a great location.

Parasol needs maintenance but you have everything else covered - we would most definitely return.

21/08/2011 We found Lanzarote Lates to be very good, the directions were excellent and the key safe a great idea. The standard of cleaning was excellent on our arrival and during our stay. The villa beat our expectations. We contacted the management office MVP twice with questions about internet cafes and airport taxi's they were very helpful. It was nice to see familiar faces from MVP as we had not been for a couple of years, its refreshing to receive such good customer service these days.

Villa Samuel has been much improved since our last visit two years ago. We love the heated pool which makes such a difference during the winter months. The new BBQ, "green" room and the high privacy wall between the neighbouring villa making the pool area nice and private. The team at MVP always provide a brilliant service. Neil (the pool cleaner) is a diamond with great knowledge of the island and places to eat. Villa Samuel is situated on a large corner plot with views of Fueteventura and with the addition of the new wall between the adjoining villa and the maturing garden shrubs, it offers a great deal of privacy around the pool area. A really nice villa! We are returning customers of Lanzarote Lates. This is our fifth trip and we are looking forward to our next visit. The best holiday rental company in Playa Blanca!

The villa was brilliant, very child friendly, very clean and well presented. The wine and biscuits, air con switched on on arrival was a very nice touch. Not even mentioning the location - which was just perfect - short walk to the rocky beach, short drive to the sandy Papagayo beach, and a 10-12 min walk to the restaurants and marina. We had a fantastic time, the weather was gorgeous and would definitely recommend Playa Blanca, Casa Oliver and Lanzarote Lates to anybody who would like to have a loevly, relaxing holiday.

I just want to say a very big thank you for all your help regarding our flight home to Bournemouth with Ryanair last Wednesday. Your efficiency and kindness ensured we were able to fully enjoy the last couple of days of our holiday without worrying about our checked-in baggage (two bicycles and a tempur travel set). When we arrived at the airport most of the passengers only had carry on bags and had had to leave their belongings behind, some people had given their clothes away and some had just thrown them away. Apparently because Ryanair gave passengers the choice of changing their flight or having their money back they had no obligation to get passengers' baggage home. We were very lucky as the pickets had just left the airport when we arrived so our baggage was loaded onto the plane. I would also like to say how brilliant Dave was in monitoring and cleaning our pool after the timer switch for the pump failed. He was a delight to have around, he was always professional, friendly and told us so much about life in lanzarote. We would also like to say how great the cleaners were, again very professional, friendly and kind. Again, thank you for the best customer service I think we have ever received.

There were nice changes from last year in the decor, TV and the water filter has been a godsend. The team were excellent and made us feel very welcome once more. Just a quick e-mail to say what a lovely holiday we had at Casa Elian. This is the third property we have stayed in at Parque Del Rey and it was the nicest yet! We booked Villa Ahlmatel for the complete privacy of the garden area and it didn't disappoint! Upon arrival the villa was very clean and beautifully presented - a home from home. It absolutely exceeded our expectations! The photos on the internet look wonderful but still don't do it justice! This is a beautiful villa with tasteful furnishings and the air con is an added bonus especially at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Neil, the pool cleaner, and the rest of the team are fantastic. A very friendly and professional service was provided. We would definitely return to Villa Ahlmatel and recommend it to everyone we know. It is a perfect place to chill out and relax in. It is perfect just the way it is - beautiful!

We'd been to the island before but not had a villa holiday and I have to say we were both delighted with the accommodation. It was very homely and well equipped, unlike many "apartments" we have stayed in in the past.
Your directions were excellent and combined with Google Earth we drove straight to the front door without a hitch; and what lovely surprise on arrival: welcome lights on, music, wine etc it really got the holiday off to a perfect start.

It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, with a lovely private pool set in a really tranquil area. The little extras i.e. flowers, music, wine and arrival pack made us feel at home straight away. The transfers via t4you were excellent and your flight recommendation of Ryanair brilliant, price really cheap but service 1st class, will definitely use them again. The cleaners and pool cleaner were very friendly and chatty and they all gave good advice on places to eat, visit etc. We hired bikes for 3 days which the boys loved, we got to see far more than if we had been on foot. The next time we visit Lanzarote we intend to hire a car and explore the island more. Once again thanks for a super holiday, we look forward to booking with you in the future.

I appreciated the helpful and frequent communication during the booking process, the directions were first class, and good enough for me to find Villa Alita on Google Earth before we left! The villa was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was impressed (and pleasantly surprised) by the two pool cleaning visits, and the towel change during a one week stay. And finally, you arranged transport back to the airport at short notice.

As you know we had a party of five with three teenagers and we all had a great time- the pool table is an inspirational idea and was well used!!!! The only thing we felt was missing was a dish washer, we tended to eat in during the day and the odd evening and it would have been nice just to put the things into it, turn it on and walk away, but that is the only thing. Even the collection of DVDs seemed to fit our taste as well. Would I rent the villa again? YES! and I would be willing to recommend it to others. Again many thanks

We found the fact that pool was separated from the patio by the iron fencing a godsend as we were able to let our 18 month old Granddaughter run around the patio in total safety. Thank you very much for your pre shopping service as it was great to arrive late and still be able to be fed and watered which with 3 hungry children was a blessing. We booked via the website and Marie was so helpful with ALL my questions. The booking process was very easy and simple. We booked Villa Marina for the location and sea view and this was perfect. The directions provided were clear and the villa was very easy to find. The cleanliness and presentation was perfect. Everything was thought about and was really clean and remained that way with regular visits for clean laundry, etc. It exceeded our expectations and everything we needed was here for us. Everyone was really friendly and helpful with recommendations for things in Lanzarote. It's a real plus we all spoke the same language too! We would definitely return and will recommend Villa Marina to our friends and family.

Booked with Marie - all information required excellent. We have stayed in Casa Arabella before and booked again because it is so homely and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The presentation was excellent and the cleanliness great. As always, the villa more than met our expectations. The MVP team were all been excellent and very helpful. They are all so nice. We are returning again for our honeymoon! Thanks Marie for the car set and thanks to everyone for all your help, we have had a brilliant 2 weeks. We loved Lanzarote - the sheer scale of the volcanic lava fields, the weird vine growing valleys, the Guinate zoo and of course all the Cesar Manrique parts (we made it to all 6). Papagayo beach was the Children's favourite with the snorkelling and we will now never not have a pool with a villa. I hope we didn't leave Dave with big pool clean or the couple who cleaned with a problem, we remembered on the airplane that we left bread in the microwave (the only place big enough to store it). The shops, tapas bars and restaurants of Marina Rubicon were certainly the best value for money and nicest and we will be recommending you to our friends. Thanks once again - we had a great time. Booked direct with lanzarotelates which was easy to book and the information received was more than accurate. We have stayed at Casa Elian before however the location, summary and description of the villa combined with the photos on the website are what attracted us again to this villa. The Spanish directions were very useful for the taxi driver. We found the villa to cleaned and presented to an excellent standard as it was last year. The MVP team are very efficient and any issues were resolved promptly. On behalf of Helen, the girls & I, I would like to thank MVP staff for their friendliness and prompt attention to any issues raised. We will be returning again but, unfortunately, not next year.

We reported faulty kettle and it was v.quickly replaced, we would definately consider returning!

There were a number of factors that attracted us to Villa Sofia, but mainly the location, the pool and its general look. The directions were easy to follow and it was very helpful having them in Spanish also. The cleanliness was brilliant! We booked for the heated pool, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the reasonable price. Directions were excellent straight forward+easy to understand. The cleanliness was outstanding and the presentation very impressive with extra touches like wine and towels on arrival were fantastic. The MVP management team excelled, the pool guy was really friendly and Marie in the office was great sorting out problem with kettle, no stress or worry just a friendly+efficent service. The villa exceeded our expectations we loved it. We would absolutely return and would recommend to others.

Both Angie and Marie were very helpful when we were making our booking and prompt with responses. The villa looked well kept, child friendly and was in a good location. It was spotlessly cleaned upon arrival and the presentation was excellent. It was an excellent first impression with the lights and music on, flowers, sweets and toys laid out for our daughter. Our whole experience from start to finish has been great and we found everything we needed. What a great team - they were all friendly, professional and very helpful.
