Papagayo beach was the Children's favourite with the snorkelling and we will now never not have a pool with a villa. I hope we didn't leave Dave with big pool clean or the couple who cleaned with a problem, we remembered on the airplane that we left bread in the microwave (the only place big enough to store it). The shops, tapas bars and restaurants of Marina Rubicon were certainly the best value for money and nicest and we will be recommending you to our friends. Thanks once again - we had a great time. The villa cleanliness and presentation was faultless and met our expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and efficient.

At the end of July we stayed at Casa Charwill for 11 nights. We had an absolute wonderful holiday from start to finish. We had hired a car and the transfer from the airport to the Villa was very straightforward. On arrival at the villa it was everything the pictures on the website promised, and more. The villa is home from home with all the essentials, plus much much more to make your holiday complete. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, if you so wish, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There are DVDs, books, games and a playstation (if the weather is too hot). If you do not want to eat in the many restaurants there is an outdoor barbecue and great seating area where you can sit in the evening having a meal with the pool lights on. There are some great areas which we visited, the Marina Rubicon, Puerto Claria (which also has a lovely Marina and great restaurants) and El Golfo (which is a small village but with an excellent fish restaurant). We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look forward to returning to Casa Charwil

We only booked 6 days ahead and booked for the space, pool, aircon, location. Directions were clear and straightforward. Very clean, villa is obviously newly furnished and well presented. It was very comfortable from the minute we arrived. Lightweight duvets and aircon made for the best nights sleep I can remember on vacation. We noticed a couple of things that did restrict us somewhat and have reported to the property mangers for future guests (we were the first arrivals). All having been said, we’ve had a very restful holiday and thanks to the comfort of Villa Cascada and the pool, we will return home much refreshed.

We were attracted to Casa Calma as it had no stairs and we had a child with us. It fully met our expectations and the villas was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The villa is excellent. You have really thought of everything.

The villa is huge and the photos on the site don't really do it justice. When we arrived it was spotless with nice touches such as flower petals and sweets on the bed. The master bedroom is massive with a beautiful high ceiling and the en-suite and balcony are added bonuses. The living area is extremely comfortable and the TV has plenty of English language channels to choose from. Kitchen facilities are excellent with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer plus there is huge amount of glasses, crockery and cutlery. The outside dining area is perfect with shade from both the sun and the wind. The pool is perfect, not to shallow not too deep and heated to the temperature of warm bath (essential in April when we visited). The garden is very pretty with coloured solar lights creating quite a spectacle after dark. Faro Park is a very quiet development with a lot of privacy for each villa. There are a few shops, bars and restaurants close by and, if you want a really relaxing time, you don't have to stray more than a couple of hundred metres from the villa. The walk into Playa Blanca along the coastal path is beautiful but isn't recommended for the elderly or those with young children as it is approximately three miles to the main shopping and restaurant area. Taxis, however, are plentiful and cheap so the location isn't a problem. The booking service was quick, friendly and efficient and the service received whilst staying in the property was also excellent. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Playa Blanca.

The description of this villa and the heated pool is what attracted, alongside it good location. All areas were covered to a very good standard. We were glad as there were no surprises, everything was as we expected. MVP were also very friendly and helpful.

Booking with Lanzarote Lates via the internet was an easy process and luckily for us, we were able to get a villa that we liked at short notice.

The main attraction to this villa was the heated swimming pool near Play Blanca. The villa was very good and met our expectations in an excellent way. Excellent holiday - Thankyou.

The Booking process was excellent. We previously visited this villa in 2004 and really enjoyed our stay so this is what made us book this particular villa. The directions and instructions we received were very good and easy to follow. The villa's cleanliness and presentation actually improved since the last time we visited. Montana Villas and Pools had also improved since our last visit, providing an even more friendly service and quality of performance. The villa was wonderful and a pleasure to stay in.

The whole process was completed through and with Marie. She was very helpful and more importantly straight forward. We have been to Faro Park on a previous occasion and we had good experiences. The instructions and presentation of the villa was very good, we especially liked the spacious feel it had and all of the equipment. MVP were good and very helpful.

Booking with Lanzarote Lates was ok once they were given the correct email address. We chose Villa Alita because it was in an ideal location. It also had the appeal of having a heated pool and a very useful machine. Getting to and in the villa was fine, no problems. The actual inside of the villa was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Our expectations were met as this is a nice villa. The pool was excellent and the cleaning team were friendly and very efficient.

Villa Gaviota had exactly what we were looking for in terms of location and size. Once we had read the description we were fairly sure that this was the villa for us. The directions for the villa and transfer procedures were good. On arriving at the villa it was nice to find milk, teabags, wine and biscuits waiting! MVP had alot of helpful information and were very approachable. The villa was very nice and peaceful, fantastic to have toys, books, puzzles and stuff for the beach available, my little boy loved it!

Villa Therese had great appeal because of its heated pool and the good spot that its located in. The inside of the villa was just as good, very good infact and very impressive. We didn’t actually see anyone from MVP but we know they tried to visit us, leaving us contact details for if we had any problems.

MVP were a great assistance in helping to book a villa. This villa had a perfect layout with a pool. It was also a good distance from the village and Marina. The main reason we chose casa Verano is because had its own heated pool and separate from the patio area via a gate. (great as i have a toddler) It was also the right size and in the right location. MVP were very good meeting all of our expectations and presenting the villa nicely.

Casa del Verano 1 was a very suitable villa because it had several features we were looking for, such as a heated pool, 3 bedrooms and it was set in a good location. Once we viewed all of the pictures of it we knew it would be ideal. The instructions we received were accurate and very helpful. The inside of the villa was just as beautifully presented and very clean. MVP ensured that we had a clean pool and it was also nice to have a mid week clean.

We actually chose these villa mainly based on a recommendation from a friend. The instructions and directions provided were excellent so was the presentation of the villa. Casa Lanah was actually better than we expected because it was much larger than the internet impression. We would definitely consider returning to the villa again. The size of the villa was ideal and so was the great location it was placed in. We were especially attracted to the heated pool and sheltered terrace, not to mention the gates to the pool for children. We thought that the villa was clean and well presented, the flowers in particular were a nice touch. Our expectations were met very well and we really liked the villa.

Thankfully Booking was simple, fast and the information received was good. We stayed here before so knew what kind of standard to expect and again our expectations were met. The state of the villa in terms of cleanliness and presentation was good and so was the service.

Villa Ahlmatel was just what I was looking for as it was the ideal size and set in a good location not far from main town. It also had alot of appeal because of the lovely pool and not to mention the fact that it looked great in the photos. Directions and instructions were spot on and so was the villa's presentation. MVP were also very good whilst always being friendly too.

Booking with Lanzarotelates was good because they have a very efficient system. We chose Bella Atina because it had a gated pool-perfect because we have young children so this certainly set our minds at ease. The villa met our expectations and was a very spacious with all necessary appliances. MVP were excellent and offered a service to match including a house keeper, plumber and electrician not to mention the rest of the staff who were efficient and professional.

It was nice to deal with a company that offered a fantastic service and made the process easy and painless! We have already stayed at Casa Ceasar and so knew what to expect and thankfully we loved it just as much as before. The presentation of the villa was immaculate, you cant beat Jean and ken! You had everything covered!

We did our all of our booking proceedings on the internet, which was good. It was the location of Villa Verano that caught us mainly and then once a price was agreed we were pleased with we finalised everything. All areas were covered to a good standard and so was the service received from Montana Villa and Pools.

We have used one of these villas before, the cleanliness was superb 11/10 couldn’t be better, the villa was 100%. Management very good, pool serviced and towels replaced.

The area was a perfect choice because it was somewhere we had never been before; it was also a walkable distance to amenities and looked lovely. We thought the directions were excellent and the fact that they were also provided in Spanish too was excellent as they could be given straight to the taxi driver. The Villa met and exceeded our expectations and the petals, sweets and wine etc were lovely. We would definitely like to return to this villa because there was absolutely nothing wrong-it was perfect for our relaxing break!

The private heated pool was a great touch and it made the whole experience more enjoyable and at excellent value too! The villa was very impressive as the quality was superb, really homely and clean. MVP were very friendly and carried themselves in a very professional manner.

We have already stayed in Casa Ceaser so knew what high standards to expect. The driver was grateful for Spanish directions which was a good idea and this just proves the efficiency of MVP.

Ryder’s Ranch was in a great location and also offered privacy which is why we wanted this particular villa, however the other very important reason we chose this villa is because it offers an amazing view for sunrise. It was great to have a heated swimming pool, a lovely roof terrace and a bbq all in a villa that had a great size and was in a nice quiet location. The price we got the holiday for was great, cheap but a nice holiday! The presentation of the villa was great and all of our expectations were met.  

Casa del Verano  was a great option as it was so child friendly. The instructions on how to get to the villa were good and it was nice to have the villa meet our expectations.

Sorry we didn't get to meet during our stay , but just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed the villa and especially the pool. I tried to make a few comments on the survey but I doubt you'll be able to read my writing. The villa and pool are great , our only hiccup being the leak in the dining area roof which meant on the day it rained , when unfortunately our son was ill and so we are tied to the house, the lack of dry chairs became very apparent - however Neil was extremely swift in notifying you when he heard about it, and we didn't get much rain subsequently, and had learnt to bring the cushions inside. My only other point would be it felt more than a 20 minute walk back up from town - especially when trying to herd 3 unwilling children with us - as it was with our son being less than 100% we drove most trips anyway. however I was very impressed with the MVP service - I think the pool man becomes tour guide idea is brilliant, we didn't really need much help, but it was useful to have him there a couple of times just to ask those niggly little questions that it wouldn't be worth ringing you up about. Also I was very impressed with the car you arranged, even if I completely misjudged how much fuel we used and left it far too full! Thanks again, I will definitely recommend your company and may use you again in a couple of years - we try to cycle through the Canaries so may not be back in Lanzarote for a while.
