The villa has high ceilings and marble floors throughout giving it a cool airy feel. The furniture is of high standard and the villa is equipped with all the usual home comforts. It has recently had a complete refurbishment by its new owners.
Villa Moonstone has the benefit of its own private electrically heated pool which is 8 x 4m and facing southwest, enabling it to be in the sun for most of the day. Enjoy a poolside barbeque on the new chimney style bbq or just relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs.
The living room with its luxury leather sofa comes equipped withPlasma TV, full sky package, DVD/CD and a surround sound system which is also IPOD/MP3 player compatable and double patio doors lead to the outside dining area and pool. There is complimentary wifi provided together with a selection of up to date DVDs/CDs.
The fully fitted kitchen has granite surfaces, a full oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Outside is a seperate utility room with washing machine and drying area.
A games room comes equipped with a brand new pool table which rotates over to a air hockey table.
The master bedroom with vaulted ceiling has double wardrobes in solid teak, en-suite full sized marble bathroom. Leading off from the master bedroom are large patio doors which open out onto the substantial first floor terrace which is furnished with two cushioned loungers. There is a beautiful sea,island and mountain view from the terrace. The villa has a further two twin bedrooms both with new bedding and bathroom on the ground floor.
The outside area is superb and has been extended to create a luxury outdoor living space, two sets of double patio doors lead out, one from the lounge and the other from the games room, the villa boast excellent outdoor dining for six, and indoor/outdoor rattan furniture for relaxing in the evenings, there is also a large barbeque and a luxury jacuzzi.
The villa is surrounded by a volcanic wall making it safe and private it has an area of artificial grass ideal for youngsters This villa is very close to the local amenties of cafe/bars/shops so you do not have to drive out to pick up a few bits of shopping or go into the main resort to eat drink and be merry!.
