The villa is set in a walled garden with a private heated swimming pool, together with terrace areas, loungers and seating.

On two floors you will find on the ground level is an open plan lounge which has patio doors to the poolside and garden. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, and a reclining chair.

Sky TV , DVD player with films and a selection of books and board games. Free internet is also provided.

There is a separate dining room with a table for four people which is close to the modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and is fully equipped for cooking in. There is a utlity area with washing machine and cloths line, an iron with board is also provided.

There is a shower room with toilet and basin on the ground floor.

Stairs lead you to the upper floor where you will find a spacious master bedroom, with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the balcony area from which you have sea views, ideal for morning coffee. There is also a twin bedroom with a wardrobe. The family bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath, toilet and basin.

Outside you will love the private electrically heated pool which has a patio area with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs. Also a breakfast area under the shade of a grapevine.

A BBQ is provided for cooking al-fresco in the Lanzarote sunshine!
