This villa has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superking sized bed and the second double a queen sized bed. There are 3 bathrooms (one enusite to master bedroom). It has two lounges, one of which has terrace doors opening out to the patio,jacuzzi hot tub and heated private pool which is 8 x 4 with grab rail.

A cot and linen is provided for if you are bringing baby and under 2´s stay free.

The lower lounge has PS2 with games, and a pool table. Both lounges have comfortable leather sofas, 42" flat screen TV´s with SKY systems that work independently of each other and an excellent selection of books, games and DVDs, bring your own SKY cards.

There is air conditioning throughout and a welcome pack is provided upon arrival.

This villa has a garage with electric door, an electric entry system and alarm system. We provide 4 mountain bikes for guest use.

There are high ceilings and marble floors throughout giving it a grand and cool feel.

Its elevated privileged position means nothing blocks the view and the outdoor areas are on the upper level. The area is quiet and peaceful, there is very little light pollution making the evenings perfect for star gazing.

Emailed to the villa owners on return - We had a brilliant holiday and so sorry to be back home! Difficult to get use to the dreary evenings and the cold! Everything in the villa was perfect. The bikes were a big hit - despite the sore bums! Just loved the walks down by the sea - so nice to have a warm breeze. The weather was great - couple of showers and a bit cloudy now and then but overall fantastic. The house was spotless - another huge plus! We'd love to return again but see you are pretty booked up - we're tied here til the last week in June and I think you're booked from then on! It would be nicer to stay two weeks next time. We'll see - have to check the bank balance first - afraid to look! Thanks again for all the useful information. Anyway, thanks again - one of our best holidays - ticked all the boxes! The directions were amazing, the villa is beautifully presented and spotlessy clean. The in resort services carried out were prompt and staff friendly. It is the perfect family getaway. We think a car is essential.

Your villa is brilliant and even better than the photo?s on the website. We enjoyed every well-cared and clean facilities. Our (small) kids have played in the garden and swimming-pool and also the BBQ was a big success. If we do come back to Lanzarote some time we will keep it in mind and will of course recommend you!

The pictures and presentation drew our attention to Vista Atlantica. The villa was over whelming on our arrival. The cleanliness was excellent and it was just like home. Marie was lovely and nothing was too much to ask.
