This villa is on two floors.
Entry is via a few steps to the front door and into the hallway on the upper level. On this level is one master bedroom with double bed, security safe and ensuite bathroom. It also has door to the terrace and amazing sea views.
The upper lounge has comfy leather sofas, the same fabulous sea views, 32 inch LCD flat screen television, DVD player and SKY box - with very basic channels as unfortunately that is all we can receive - but who wants to watch the TV when you have that amazing view and a great pool!. This is where many guests will enjoy sitting and watching the ferries come and go between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura accross the sea. The second bedroom has ensuite shower room and double bed. There is separate washroom with wc just inside the entrance and a modern kitchen with dishwasher.
The lower level is reached by stairs down from the upper hallway - just by the villa entrance. The stairs lead to the spacious lounge that has large corner sofa, flat screen 32 inch LCD tele with DVD player (please bring your own discs) and stereo. There is also a pool table in this huge room so lots to keep you entertained
There is a family sized complete bathroom and a bedroom which has one double bed, with one single bunk bed above it and one further single bed which is cabin style and therefore high up - please bear this in mind when deciding who is to sleep in which bedroom - do ask if you would like any advice on suitability of this for your party or family type.
There is complimentary air conditioning installed in the upper level. There are two terraces, one upper, one lower, an extensive BBQ area with Canarian style setting and an open air dining area complete with huge table and 8 chairs.
The drive is just suitabe for two cars and is gated with security feature. The pool is electrically heated and is approx. 8 x 4. The garden consists of tiled terrace area and some volcanic pebbles known locally as pecon.
Well as the name implies, you certainly can see the Island of Lobos from Vista Lobos, and what a glorious sight it is!
This small development of spacious villas sits on an elevated position, set back from the Playa Flamingo area of Playa Blanca, towards Los Claveles and adjacent to Los Laderas. Vista Lobos is an ideal location for your holiday.
The taxi rank is literally just on the other side of the road, and the bus stop a little further on.
Paradise Island Hotel is next door, which means you can join their all inclusive buffet, swim in their super pools, use the gymnasium, the children’s play area, shop, and relax with the evening entertainment, a great plus for Vista Lobos. There is also a mini market next door, where you can buy your daily paper, fresh bread and produce.
If you feel like strolling out, Playa Flamingo is in easy reach and in probably about 15minutes, you would reach the Port and Harbour. Then you can happily meander along the promenade to your preferred destination.
20 minutes walk in the other direction, and you can reach Natura Palace Hotel and Spa. This is a well-established hotel, which will welcome you in to drink eat and be merry. The gardens and pool area, which face to the sea are excellent.
Step out for a further 5minutes and you are at Playa Mulata. Here you can sample Argentinean, Italian, Spanish, and Greek cuisine. There is a souvenir shop, a dive school and the fabulous Manea bar, which is a white and cane cushioned delight. The cocktails, service, ambience and view are all superb. The natural beach here is super for sunbathers and children alike.

We only booked 6 days ahead and booked for the space, pool, aircon, location. Directions were clear and straightforward. Very clean, villa is obviously newly furnished and well presented. It was very comfortable from the minute we arrived. Lightweight duvets and aircon made for the best nights sleep I can remember on vacation. We noticed a couple of things that did restrict us somewhat and have reported to the property mangers for future guests (we were the first arrivals). All having been said, we?ve had a very restful holiday and thanks to the comfort of Villa Cascada and the pool, we will return home much refreshed. |
