The blue shutters and windows of the white Casa Yaiza give you a Manrique inspired clue that you are near the sea. In fact just around the corner from the notoriously beautiful beaches of Papagayo.
Park on road, up a few steps and along to open the garden gate and blue front door of this one level casa. You will see a cheerful vase of sunflowers, just to give you a hint of sunny days and evenings ahead.
The stylish lounge has the advantage of double patio doors to 2 sides, giving a light and airy aspect to the room.
Relax on the classy corner settee, watch the t.v., a d.v.d., or play some c.d's.
There is an open plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar, and further round dining table set.
The family sized dishwasher will protect that holiday manicure!
Off the kitchen, a door leads to the solana, where you will find a washing machine, clothes line, iron/ironing board.
The 2 double bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, and the shutters help keep them cool.
A family bathroom with over the bath shower, and a bidet, is in-between the 2 bedrooms.
Throw either sets of patio doors open, to lead on to the terraces and the ambient air temperature swimming pool. Please note that Casa Yaiza enjoys an elevated position, whilst this gives fantastic sea views, the situation may not be suitable for young or over active children as beyond the back perimeter wall is a considerable drop to the path below.
The pretty sun filled garden that surrounds the house has 4 comfy sun loungers and 2 steamer chairs.
The portable barbque can be put in the shade of the pergola, or out in the sun, the choice is yours. A wooden dining table and chairs waits to be laden with you culinary delights
You can look over the roofs of Los Colorados to admire the spectacular Rubicon range of mountains which dominate the skyline. Feeling peckish? wander across the road and in a minute you will be in El Pueblo a quiet commercial area. Here amongst a pedestrianised setting, with a great play area for children, you will find an array of shops and restaurants.
There is an ice cream parlour/cafe, 2 local restaurants, a Sports bar serving local beers, including Guinness. There is an outside pool table and table football too. A couple of clothes and artisan shops are waiting for you, and the Roper's food store. This is certainly the best place to buy fresh meat, vegetables, and a whole range of produce, fresh and frozen. Right on your doorstep.
A short walk through El Pueblo will lead you past a great hotel where you can take advantage of their facilities, to the natural local beach and amazing promenade which strands Playa Blanca, almost to the Lighthouse. 3 minutes in the car to Netto's and another Spanish cafe, or a couple of minutes more to the incredible restaurants and marine delights of Marina Rubicon.
A couple of minutes more, and you are at Playa Dorada, the sports beach where you can swim, snorkel, jet ski, paraglide behind a speed boat, bounce along the waves on a banana boat, or hire a sun bed and brolly to sunbathe the day away.

| Lanzarote Lates were excellent as availability is shown in ''real time'' so you know if you have secured the booking. We booked for the availability and interior looked nice and welcoming. The cleanliness and presentation were very good. Unfortunately this villa did not meet our expectations as the pool was smaller than appeared in photos and there was no privacy. The walls are paper thin and the neighbour was very noise sensitive. We previously booked Casa Del Verano 1 for a similar price and the comparasion is astonishing. |

| We booked as it is close to our own villa and we needed an extra villa. It was very clean and since we arrived after dark we appreciated finding lights on and the music playing which provided a warm welcome. We missed having heated pool. Very good service from MVP both by telephone and internet, pool cleaned efficiently twice during our stay. Pillows could be better and English TV would be good. I would recommend to fellow guests. |

Due to the late booking I emailed several owners and Lanzarote Lates emailed me straight back with available villas. Marie was very friendly and helpful and felt that I could email for any type of information - thank u! My daughter liked the photos of Casa Yaiza. Upon arrival the villa was lovely and the extras ie. wine and drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. This was our first experience of booking a villa holiday. It was great to have space, the garden and the pool. Although the villa is outside of Playa Blanca we loved the location, local cafes with very cheerful people. It was nice to walk along the promenade to the Marina. |

| The booking was quite easy, friendly with all important information. We booked Casa Yaiza for the location, close to the Papagayo beaches, the pool and comfort of the house. We found the house nice and pretty and the wine, coffee, tea, milk and flowers were a very nice welcome. |
