Situated on Parque Del Rey, a 15-20 min walk from the centre this four bedroom detached villa is an ideal family holiday home.

Extensive south-facing terrace, surrounded by tropical plants is perfect for sunbathing. Sun loungers and outdoor dining area with chairs are provided.

The pool is 8 x 4 with gradual steps and is heated electrically. For absolute peace of mind a wrought iron safety fence has been installed with lockable gates. This makes Bella Atina the first choice for families with small children.

Fans are provided in every bedroom and so that you can leave the windows open of an evening, there are mosquito blinds also in every bedroom.

There is a large master bedroom with king-size bed, plentiful wardrobe space, a luxurious en -suite bathroom and double luxurious bath - the ultimate in luxury. There is also a large corner shower.

The second double bedroom with double bed, wardrobes is lovely and light. There is a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a fourth bedroom has a single bed with pull out guest bed.

The family shower-room has large walk in double shower and quality fixtures.

On entering the villa you find yourself in the spacious lounge with picture windows to the garden and poolside. Over-head fans keep you cool as you relax on one of three leather settees in front of the television, which has UK channels and a DVD player with films. Through the lounge is an open doorway to the large dining room with patio doors to the terrace area. The dining table is ample with chairs for eight to sit comfortably. There is complimentary WIFI.

A security safe is provided for you to keep all of your holiday valuables in one safe place during your stay.

Another excellent feature of Bella Atina is that the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard; there is an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. An extension to this is the utility area, which offers further storage space, washing machine and ironing board with iron.

We also have a selection of other villas in Parque Del Rey so if you are travelling with friends and family there will be similar great villas nearby for them too, in particular, Casa Arabella is directly behind Bella Atina and the two villas together can sleep 12-14 people.

A central portcullis arch leads you to the beautiful community of Parque Del Rey, which translates to Park of the King.

After the only central entrance, you can veer to the left or right which will lead you to one of the two exits of Parque Del Rey. Within the community of 70 villas, you will find a mix of holiday and locals homes.

They all have pretty gardens, and gated driveways, some with sea views, and all have stunning views of Montana Roja and the Rubicon Range of Mountains.

This tranquil totally flat landscape setting is certainly one to be enjoyed for couples and families alike. Although some of the villas have 2 easily negotiated garden steps. Whether you are pushing a buggy or being pushed in a chair it is a flat and easy route to the sea front and wheel/push chair friendly village of Playa Blanca.

If you exit left, you can walk in 8 minutes or so to the mini market Supermerloby, there you can buy holiday essentials, including fresh bread, fruit, vegetables and local vino.

Take a right, and the Cordoba Hotel has a supermarket, just 6 minutes or so away. You can use the facilities at the hotel too if you wish.

You will pass the bus stop at the end of the road, which is a reliable, regular service.

Otherwise, a taxi from Parque Del Rey to Hiperdino the large supermarket in the Village will cost a few euros. You can buy all you need here, including fresh fish, meat and in store baked bread.

Head back to your villa in Parque Del Rey, light your BBQ, have a swim while the charcoal is heating up. Stretch out on your sunbed and relax in the privacy of your walled garden.

If you take a right out of Parque Del Rey, and walk towards the sea, you will see some tennis courts with a well trodden path, alongside. Take this and in no time at all you will be at the harbour. A traditional pretty harbour, with the small fishing boats and by contrast the grand ferry boats too.

Punta Limones is the area you have walked to, and in the commercial center to your right, there are numerous bars, clubs and restaurants, including a wait for it…Chip shop! Popeyes serves great pub food, as does the Irish Anvil, entertainment is fabulous there too.

Stride out to the left to discover the pedestrianised shopping street of Playa Blanca, admire the sea views in-between the shops, restaurants and bars, whether it is Tapas or Tipple you are after, you will find it here!

Hi We've just got back from our week in Bella Atina. The villa was excellent and the heated pool was fantastic. We had a really great holiday and even the weather was kind to us. I really want to thank you all for the most fantastic holiday. The Bella Attina villa was absolutely brilliant. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were superb for our family of 7. We really couldn’t find fault with anything. What a great team you have I can’t thank you all enough for all the support you gave me in making this such a special holiday for my hubby for his 50^th birthday from arranging the cake, decorating the villa with banners and blowing up all those balloons, arranging the car hire, finding me fishing trips etc etc etc and all of your team making a fuss of Nick when they popped round to clean the pool and the villa etc. The wine, OJ, biscuits, tea / coffee and the fresh flowers were all lovely touch and really useful after a long journey. If we come back as a large group again we will definitely be using your company and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Bella Attina again. We have already passed on your details and sung your praises to a number of our friends. I am happy for you to post our feedback on your site. Thank you all so much again. The villa was excellent on arrival and we very much appreciated the birthday decorations. MVP were excellent with a quick response. We would definately return as a large group. 10/10 on cleanliness and presentation, it was great relaxing with the gated pool, I wasn't constantly paranoid that my youngest would fall in!!! Heated pool too!! Perfect! I would return although I may hire a car next time as supermarket runs in the heat are quite a struggle!! LOL!!

Now arrived back in UK after a wonderful holiday at Bella Attina. The Villa was lovely and the little touches on our arrival were brilliant. The children loved the two books by their beds and the bottle of wine was enjoyed. The villa was far greater than expected. The service provided by MVP was excellent, when we had a problem the maintenance man was on site within minutes to help. Pool man was lovely and him coming to clean the pool was the highlight of our little boys day. The pool safety gate meant we didn't have to worry about little people going into the pool by themselves - which meant no worries for us. Overall we can't think of anything negative and will recommend to others and will definitely stay again in the future.

Bella Atina really was a great Villa and the heated pool was fantastic. We found the fact that pool was separated from the patio by the iron fencing a godsend as we were able to let our 18 month old Granddaughter run around the patio in total safety. We found the Villa to be furnished to a good standard and I don't think we could think of a single utensil that could be added to the kitchen. Thank you very much for your pre shopping service as it was great to arrive late and still be able to be fed and watered which with 3 hungry children was a blessing. The booking process with Marie was speedy and helpful. We were attracted to Bella Atina for the gated pool area with having young children. The villa is excellent and as expected from the website. Booking with Lanzarotelates was good because they have a very efficient system. We chose Bella Atina because it had a gated pool-perfect because we have young children so this certainly set our minds at ease. The villa met our expectations and was a very spacious with all necessary appliances. MVP were excellent and offered a service to match including a house keeper, plumber and electrician not to mention the rest of the staff who were efficient and professional.
