The pool is 6 x 3 and is electrically heated. There is off road parking on the gated drive.

It is suitable for up to 4 people. There is large master bedroom which has a tower fan, fitted wardrobes, a TV and security safe, and the twin second bedroom also has wardrobes and fan.

There is a 3 and 2 seater leather sofa, TV with satellite, DVD player with films and plenty of books for your holiday enjoyment! There is also complimentary WIFI!

A fully equipped kitchen also includes a dishwasher.

The villa also has a dining table and chairs inside room, as well as an outside dining area with furniture for enjoying those balmy summer evenings, and of course another essential for outside dining - a barbecue and cooking utensils.

There is an iron, ironing board and of course a washing machine. Walls around the pool have been highered for privacy. You can let it all hang out here!

As with all of our villas there is a strict NO SMOKING policy

A central portcullis arch leads you to the beautiful community of Parque Del Rey, which translates to Park of the King.

After the only central entrance, you can veer to the left or right which will lead you to one of the two exits of Parque Del Rey. Within the community of 70 villas, you will find a mix of holiday and locals homes.

They all have pretty gardens, and gated driveways, some with sea views, and all have stunning views of Montana Roja and the Rubicon Range of Mountains.

This tranquil totally flat landscape setting is certainly one to be enjoyed for couples and families alike. Although some of the villas have 2 easily negotiated garden steps. Whether you are pushing a buggy or being pushed in a chair it is a flat and easy route to the sea front and wheel/push chair friendly village of Playa Blanca.

If you exit left, you can walk in 8 minutes or so to the mini market Supermerloby, there you can buy holiday essentials, including fresh bread, fruit, vegetables and local vino.

Take a right, and the Cordoba Hotel has a supermarket, just 6 minutes or so away. You can use the facilities at the hotel too if you wish.

You will pass the bus stop at the end of the road, which is a reliable, regular service.

Otherwise, a taxi from Parque Del Rey to Hiperdino the large supermarket in the Village will cost a few euros. You can buy all you need here, including fresh fish, meat and in store baked bread.

Head back to your villa in Parque Del Rey, light your BBQ, have a swim while the charcoal is heating up. Stretch out on your sunbed and relax in the privacy of your walled garden.

If you take a right out of Parque Del Rey, and walk towards the sea, you will see some tennis courts with a well trodden path, alongside. Take this and in no time at all you will be at the harbour. A traditional pretty harbour, with the small fishing boats and by contrast the grand ferry boats too.

Punta Limones is the area you have walked to, and in the commercial center to your right, there are numerous bars, clubs and restaurants, including a wait for it…Chip shop! Popeyes serves great pub food, as does the Irish Anvil, entertainment is fabulous there too.

Stride out to the left to discover the pedestrianised shopping street of Playa Blanca, admire the sea views in-between the shops, restaurants and bars, whether it is Tapas or Tipple you are after, you will find it here!

The directions were very informative and we had no problems getting in. The villa was clean and well presented on arrival. It was better than expected and had everything we needed. The tema were polite, quick and made sure we were ok. We would most definately return.

We'd been to the island before but not had a villa holiday and I have to say we were both delighted with the accommodation. It was very homely and well equipped, unlike many "apartments" we have stayed in in the past. Your directions were excellent and combined with Google Earth we drove straight to the front door without a hitch; and what lovely surprise on arrival: welcome lights on, music, wine etc it really got the holiday off to a perfect start. Although we didn't need to contact you during our stay can we thank you for making everything so efficient and trouble free just what you want from a holiday. Welcome visit by Marie at MVP helpful in telling us about locallity & villa, pool man repaired bar to pool cover within 24 hrs, housekeeper provided additional laundry & willing to tidy up. No suggestions for improvement - everything is provided & liked the non dictorial approach i.e. if you break something please tell us etc.

We have already been to Playa Blanca on holiday and this villa was ideal as it seemed to suited all of our needs. Slight misunderstanding about the instructions but apart from that, excellent, as was the cleanliness and presentation of the villa. Villa Toishny was actually better then we expected, excellent accomodation and beautifully clean. The heated pool and the fact that it had a quite private sunbathing area was great. Not to mention the amenities available in the villa being excellent. The pool was cleaned twice and the pool guy was friendly. The rest of the team were also friendly and helpful, letting us know how to reach them if we had any problems. Very difficult to make suggestions when everything is catered for.
