The villa is detached and has its own walled garden and gated drive.
The large garden is at the front of the villa and has an extended patio area with lots of room around the electrically heated pool (8 x 4) for topping up tans!
The villa is bright with a large lounge area, which has two comfortable settees, a coffee table and TV with DVD player. A full information pack is provided.
Patio doors lead to the outdoor dining area with table and six chairs, there is also an indoor dining area with four chairs . There are four beds and two sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort!
There is a fully fitted kitchen with window to the poolside. At the side of the kitchen is the solana 'drying area which houses the washing machine.
There is a large master bedroom with twin beds (together as a double) there are double fitted wardrobes and window to the side of the garden.
The en suite bathroom is spacious with a corner shower and patio doors to a open air very private sunbathing area.
There is a second bedroom with single bed that has a single guest bed underneath. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms are bright and airy.
Vertical blinds throughout help keep the villa nice and cool so you can chill out after a hard days sunbathing or a late night at one of Playa Blanca's many fabulous restaurants.
A central portcullis arch leads you to the beautiful community of Parque Del Rey, which translates to Park of the King.
After the only central entrance, you can veer to the left or right which will lead you to one of the two exits of Parque Del Rey. Within the community of 70 villas, you will find a mix of holiday and locals homes.
They all have pretty gardens, and gated driveways, some with sea views, and all have stunning views of Montana Roja and the Rubicon Range of Mountains.
This tranquil totally flat landscape setting is certainly one to be enjoyed for couples and families alike. Although some of the villas have 2 easily negotiated garden steps. Whether you are pushing a buggy or being pushed in a chair it is a flat and easy route to the sea front and wheel/push chair friendly village of Playa Blanca.
If you exit left, you can walk in 8 minutes or so to the mini market Supermerloby, there you can buy holiday essentials, including fresh bread, fruit, vegetables and local vino.
Take a right, and the Cordoba Hotel has a supermarket, just 6 minutes or so away. You can use the facilities at the hotel too if you wish.
You will pass the bus stop at the end of the road, which is a reliable, regular service.
Otherwise, a taxi from Parque Del Rey to Hiperdino the large supermarket in the Village will cost a few euros. You can buy all you need here, including fresh fish, meat and in store baked bread.
Head back to your villa in Parque Del Rey, light your BBQ, have a swim while the charcoal is heating up. Stretch out on your sunbed and relax in the privacy of your walled garden.
If you take a right out of Parque Del Rey, and walk towards the sea, you will see some tennis courts with a well trodden path, alongside. Take this and in no time at all you will be at the harbour. A traditional pretty harbour, with the small fishing boats and by contrast the grand ferry boats too.
Punta Limones is the area you have walked to, and in the commercial center to your right, there are numerous bars, clubs and restaurants, including a wait for it…Chip shop! Popeyes serves great pub food, as does the Irish Anvil, entertainment is fabulous there too.
Stride out to the left to discover the pedestrianised shopping street of Playa Blanca, admire the sea views in-between the shops, restaurants and bars, whether it is Tapas or Tipple you are after, you will find it here!

Last year we had such a lovely holiday at Villa Samuel we decided to come back this year for three weeks, Villa Samuel is on a nice quiet community area with some villas occupied by Spanish residents some English and some rented out as holiday villas. We have had another lovely holiday here but I must say that the new water park within such close proximity has had an impact on our holiday. The loud repeated music, the noise, whistle blowing, screams as people go down the slides has made us this that next year we will probably go for an alternative villa. I must say that Villa Samuel is such a lovely villa lots of space, well kept gardens and pool, we do love visiting this villa but it is unfortunate that Paradise Island has buil the water park so close. |

| Booking process with Lanzarote Lates was very straightfoward. We booked for the heated pool, one level villa, large garden and no car required. Directions were perfect. The villa was very clean and tidy. Whilst the villa was perfect I felt that the distance to town was further than I expected and a lot of the streets were very poorly lit if at all. We have stayed in Villa Samuel before although Marie was very kind and showed us around some other complexes in Playa Blanca before we made our final decision. This was much appreciated!! The cleanliness and presentation always exceeds our expectations and the personal touches make it that more special. Thank you for the anniversary wishes and card, we really appreciated it! Villa Samuel has been much improved since our last visit two years ago. We love the heated pool which makes such a difference during the winter months. The new BBQ, "green" room and the high privacy wall between the neighbouring villa making the pool area nice and private. The team at MVP always provide a brilliant service. Neil (the pool cleaner) is a diamond with great knowledge of the island and places to eat. Villa Samuel is situated on a large corner plot with views of Fueteventura and with the addition of the new wall between the adjoining villa and the maturing garden shrubs, it offers a great deal of privacy around the pool area. A really nice villa! We are returning customers of Lanzarote Lates. This is our fifth trip and we are looking forward to our next visit. The best holiday rental company in Playa Blanca! | |
