Casa Arabella

We were attracted to the villa for the price, location and attractiveness. The villa is excellent and the MVP staff are a credit. Any suggestions for improvement? Leave it just as it is....

Repeat guests of Casa Arabella. The cleanliness was brill as always. The team are friendly and always helpful.

The presentation was lovely and the villa was fantastic and had everything we needed. Once again the service we received in resort was excellent. Prompt response to emails and friendly voice on the phone.

I booked via Lanzarote Lates website and the information provided was very comprehensive especially for the child facilities. All the staff were very helpful. The cleanliness was really good and the presentation was lovely. It felt like home instantly and we especially liked he way everything had been laid out for our daughter. We loved the villa!

Excellent!

The welcome that greeted us rivaled that of a 5* resort. Beautifully decorated villa with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The pool stays beautifully warm and the lighting makes for a relaxing night time dip.

We received good info and prompt replies when booking. We viewed Casa Arabella last year while staying next door and like what we saw. The cleanliness was excellent upon arrival.

The villa was excellent, better than expected.  We received an excellent service, they couldn't have done more!

The booking was stress free and simple - thanks Angie & Marie!  Casa Arabella had everything we wanted, dishwasher, washing machine - oh, and the pool !!  Upon arrival the presentation and cleanliness was excellent - 5 star *****!!  It was just fantastic, absolutely no complaints.  The pool man and housekeeper represent MVP to the highest standard.  MVP take customer service to a "whole new level" - a very pleasant surprise!

This was the first time we had stayed in a villa and we don't think we will ever stay in one as wonderful. The villa was out of this world, the night we walked in we couldn't believe how beautiful it was. The music playing when we entered, the little flowers around the villa the sweets for the children and the lovely wine for us FANTASTIC. The service which the MVP team delivered was outstanding. The children loved the pool and the pool cleaner kept it spotless, the fresh towels that were delivered frequently were fab, the new big barbecue was amazing and all the toys, videos and DVD?s for the kids. You have thought of everything, there was so much that we didn't have to bring with us as it had already been thought of by yourselves. Thank you very much MVP.

I booked on the internet and spoke with Marie who helped us with which villa would suit us best. We booked Casa Arabella on her advice and it has been perfect for us. The villa was very clean and tidy and was just what we wanted. The pool man was very friendly and told us a few places to go and kept the pool nice and warm for our 4 month old! Everything is great, we really loved it and we would love to come back.

Casa Arabella was lovely and its cleanliness and presentation was fantastic. It met all of our expectations and the fact the towels were changed three times just made it all the more of a pleasant experience. Great decor and great children?s equipment!

Booked with Marie - all information required excellent. We have stayed in Casa Arabella before and booked again because it is so homely and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The presentation was excellent and the cleanliness great. As always, the villa more than met our expectations. The MVP team were all been excellent and very helpful. They are all so nice. We are returning again for our honeymoon! Thanks Marie for the car set and thanks to everyone for all your help, we have had a brilliant 2 weeks. Thanks also for making Jessica so welcome with all the toys, DVDs, rocking chair and rocking horse!

The booking was simple and hassle free. The villa was modern looking and fully equipped. It was very clean and welcoming on arrival and is a real home from home (with a pool!) The team were very friendly and efficient.

The directions to the villa were very good and the presentation upon our arrival was excellent. Casa Arabella is a home from home - very nice and very clean. The team were very good and we would definitely return.

Both Angie and Marie were very helpful when we were making our booking and prompt with responses. The villa looked well kept, child friendly and was in a good location. It was spotlessly cleaned upon arrival and the presentation was excellent. It was an excellent first impression with the lights and music on, flowers, sweets and toys laid out for our daughter. Our whole experience from start to finish has been great and we found everything we needed. What a great team - they were all friendly, professional and very helpful. We will definitely return to Casa Arabella, It so nice to find a great place to stay and also a company who really seem to care about the overall quality of the experience - thank you!

Casa Arabella was perfect because of the child friendliness it offered and the private pool! When we arrived it was nice to see such nice decor and a very neat and tidy villa. MVP were excellent and they dealt with problems immediately-very friendly. Would we return? Yes yes and yes definitely!

Lanzarotelates were excellent, the enquiry service was easy and the booking process was friendly. After looking at the very attractive photos and positive guest comments we knew that this would be a perfect choice. The booking with Lanzarote Lates was a straight forward process and contained some excellent information. Casa Arabella had several selling points including its presentation, its own pool, children?s play area etc. Villa and cleanliness excellent and the decor was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa and would consider staying there again.

We were lucky that we were able to take advantage of a special offer offered through Lanzarote Lates. The villa met all of our expectations and as a result we would definitely consider staying there again.

Booking through MVP was very easy, we spoke to Marie mostly who was really helpful, friendly and gave personal service. Marie also helped in choosing our villa, she recommended it highly as we have a toddler. Casa Arabella was spotless and beautifully presented, meeting all of our expectations and brilliantly stocked with everything we could need. The cleaner was lovely, friendly and so kind, The pool cleaner was really helpful and professional and did a wonderful job with the pool. We cant think of anything to do to improve future stays, the villa is just great. Also-thank you for all the fabulous toys, they were SUCH a hit and Tilly really enjoyed them all!

LanzaroteLates made the booking process a first class one. Casa Arabella had such a good family orientated presence that it made it the perfect choice out of the many villas on offer. It exceeded our expectations by far as it was well presented and well equipped. The bottom drawer front in the kitchen was loose but now has been fixed by Peter. There are no further suggestions to improve the stay or standards, just keep up the 1st class service and villa.

The staff at MVP made the booking of the villa a very smooth process. It was in a good location and was a good price. We would definitely consider saying there again.

Lanzarote late's booking service was very simple whilst informative. The presentation and service received from the MVP team was excellent.

Hi Marie, Well, been back in the U.K. nearly 24 hours, it's raining, freezing and dull and to think when I was in Lanzarote I was homesick!!!! Just wanted to say, once again, a big 'Thank You' to you and everyone, it's been a really stress free experience from my initial enquiry right until the end of our week's holiday. We only met you, Liz and on the last day Sharon but you were all so lovely, helpful but so professional that I wouldn't hesitate coming back or recommending you to friends and family. My brother is interested but haven't caught up with him yet to find out what dates he can have leave and you and Sharon mentioned that Casa Arabella is booked up but Sharon did say that there are more villa's on Parque del Rey so no doubt if I'm not in touch soon my brother will be, his name is David Morris but I'll tell him to mention my name so you get the connection. Booked Marie, easy process plenty of info. We booked for the location, the quality, and the children?s facilities. Found it easy but we have been to Parque Del Rey before!! Cleanliness and presentation excellent and as usual it exceeded our expectations. Service received was first class, wouldn?t have been better. We don?t think anyone does this better!!  

Excellent. Every person we met from pool cleaner to villa rep to villa cleaner etc really represented MVP exceptionally well. Feel completely chilled and to return to the UK chill.....and work arrrh!

Hi there, we stayed at Casa Arabella 5-16 April. had a great time great villa - well maintained. good response to our call out over the hot water boiler. the pool man was brill - and left it clean and in good order. the presentation when we arrived was excellent. we loved it and would recommend it to others and probably would go there again. we shall first of all though look to see if there is anything closer to the Marina in Playa B. loved having the toys there for the children. sorry we bought the questionnaire home and had not left it for you. all the best Rachael Fulfill Your Potential .... Booking process with Angie was relaxed and hassle free. The villa was perfect we appreciated the nice touches like music playing, wine and flowers thank you. All team members were very pleasant and friendly. No changes needed for your recipe of success.

We stayed before and its in immaculate condition, excellent in every way for the relaxing type of holiday expected.

We booked for the heated pool and washing machine! It was fantastic, we loved the flowers and welcome essentials, it was our first time in a villa.

Dear Team, we would like to thank you ever so much for all of your efforts in ensuring our stay ran smoothly. The villa was wicked, we had a lovely time. On entering the villa on the first day the arrangement of flowers on the bed and around the villa gave it that special touch. The layout of the villa is lovely, especially having the dining room just off to the side, its a great bonus. We shall certainly be recommending friends & family to visit your website and hopefully they will book one of your villas and enjoy the relaxing experience we have.
