Lanzarote Lates were great and very helpful.  The villa was excellent, very clean and with some special touches such as scattered flower petals in many rooms.  The team were always helpful and prompt. 

We have been before and it's lovely. Always looks nice and presented well when we arrive. Excellent!  

We booked with Marie, really easy booking, thank you! Info all spot on. Marie said it was lovely and recommended it for us with all the kids things - definitely a bonus. The villa was very well presented. Casa Charwil was definately what we were hoping for! It is a lovely villa and we would defiantly consider returning.

The villa was good, very nice, private pool, clean and well furnished.

Sent to Villa owner via email on return from stay - We had a wonderful week and we wanted to stay for longer but work gets in the way. My brother and his wife fell in love with the villa and the pool was warmer than in August due to it being heated. It was like a warm bath. We do love it there and the island looked beautiful with all the greenery in the North of the island and all the spring flowers. Apart from a torrential downpour on the Thursday night when we were at the Marina having a meal and couldn't get out the weather was gorgeous between 21 degrees to 26 degrees. When we got back to the villa that night the road outside was flooded but had all gone by the morning. We did a lot more sight seeing because the temp was just right and explored the caves up North. What a wonderful experience. We will be back again and again and are so pleased that we have found a little haven of rest and sun. I would recommend February because you do not have the crowds as in the summer months and can sit out in the sun for a little bit longer. The booking with Marie was first class. We booked Casa Charwil for it's proximity to the centre of Playa Blanca. The villa was very comfortable and the pool nice and warm. The service we received from MVP was excellent.

The cleanliness and presentation was excellent. The team were helpful and efficient. Overall the villa and service were excellent.

The booking process was excellent and trouble free. The presentation was good as ws the cleanliness. The villa was exactly as described - clean, modern with all the necessary needed. The team were excellent. Lanzarote is a very friendly place and we were more than pleased with everything.

Booked with Angela who gave extremely helpful advice and information to assit choosing the most appropriate accommodation. We finally chose Casa Charwil due to the proximity to the town and child friendly nature of the villa. We were extremely pleased upon arrival and the villa was very well presented. The outside space exceeded our expectations. The team were very helpful and friendly and advice was given when requested. We have booked a villa for Christmas too! 23.10.08 - 02.11.08

The booking was excellent, very straight forward. The villa was spotless, beautiful and very welcoming especially after a night flight. Every thing has been thought of.

We were attracted to this villa for the location, the pool and the look of the villa. Casa Charwil is excellent and very well presented to a high standard. It met all our expectations and much more. The team are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return.

At the end of July we stayed at Casa Charwill for 11 nights. We had an absolute wonderful holiday from start to finish. We had hired a car and the transfer from the airport to the Villa was very straightforward. On arrival at the villa it was everything the pictures on the website promised, and more. The villa is home from home with all the essentials, plus much much more to make your holiday complete. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, if you so wish, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There are DVDs, books, games and a playstation (if the weather is too hot). If you do not want to eat in the many restaurants there is an outdoor barbecue and great seating area where you can sit in the evening having a meal with the pool lights on. There are some great areas which we visited, the Marina Rubicon, Puerto Claria (which also has a lovely Marina and great restaurants) and El Golfo (which is a small village but with an excellent fish restaurant). We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look forward to returning to Casa Charwil

The villa was perfect and the cleaning was very good, especially the fact that we received clean towels mid week. We particularly liked the petals on the sink and the bottle of wine. Thank you for a great holiday!  

Booking was fantastic, v informative, booked for the location, pool and catering for children. Immaculate cleaning, couldnt have been better in any way, MVP five stars, Angie in particular was so helpful in every way. would definitely return, no suggestions for improvement it was perfect! Casa Charwil was everything and more we had hoped for, really nicely done and very similar to our own tastes - please pass on our thanks to the owners. The kids loved the pool (and the DVD?s) and the weather was exceptional for 6 and half of the seven days. For sure we will look to use Lanzarote Lates again and specifically will be keep an eye on availability for the same villa!! Many thanks for your help with the booking which was really appreciated.  We dealt with Marie who was very good and friendly. The presentation of the villa was very good and the Montana team were very helpful and quick to sort any problem.

We were offered Casa Charwill as we have a son in a wheel chair and Angie thought it would suit our needs. It was perfect, villa was fabulous, and very clean. Beyond our expectations, very well equipped for kids too, pool fantastic. The cleaner and the pool guy were great- It was perfect for Lewis as a wheel chair user and the privacy was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider using again. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the presentation of the villa, however it was the pool, dishwasher and children?s items that attracted us in particular. We received excellent service from everyone.

Very pleasant, we definitely chose the right one. There?s everything you need in house and so new (I hope it doesn?t get trashed). If I had the money I would buy it!
