This delightful semi - detached villa is located on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, just 15 mins walk to a white sandy beach and amenities.

The accommodation is bright and airy with an open plan lounge dining room having patio doors to the sun terrace. An indoor dining area with 6 chairs and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools is available for indoor eating.

The lounge has a large white corner sofa and bucket chair, 47’’ 3DTV, some English language SAT TV channels, plenty of DVDs, blue rays, games and books. There is a Wii games console with games including wii-fit with yoga mat and balance board.

To the rear of the living room is the fitted modern kitchen which has a door to the utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

There is a double bedroom and family bathroom with shower over a small bath on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a large landing with patio doors leading to a private balcony which has partial sea views and magnificent mountain views.

On this level is the master bedroom with king-size double bed, a full en-suite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space.

There is a twin bedroom on this level; with wardrobe, window with views to the pool and mountains and two single beds. If children are in this room they can use their parents en-suite next door, otherwise guests in this room will use the bathroom on the ground floor.

Outside there is a lovely large electrically heated swimming pool surrounded by extensive sun terraces, palm trees and ornamental garden (lit at night) with large built in covered BBQ area which keeps the sunshine until it goes down. A hot tub jacuzzi tops off the great facilities at this villa.

There are 6 sun loungers around the poolside and natural shade is provided by a large palm tree.

Please note this is a residential area and it appears there are a couple of villas around that have dogs, these do bark occasionally which is noticeable, but in our opinion, not holiday spoiling, and certainly has not stopped many many repeat bookings, in fact guests often call the office during their stay to book their holidays in for next year so's not to miss out!
