Villa Marta is surrounded by a spacious landscaped garden, a volcanic wall, edged with mature conifers which give privacy without seclusion. Slide the gate open for off road parking and lock it back up for security.
Take a swim in the heated swimming pool before you soak the sun up on one of the 6 comfy sunloungers. Or you can take shade under 2 of the covered pergolas, alternatively utulise the sun umbrella.
The sun rises over the Papagayo range of mountains to the left of the villa, and drops into the sea by the lighthouse behind Montana Roja, to the right. So the lucky holidaymakers have the sun dancing around the villa and glistening on the pool all day long.
There is a wooden dining table with bench and chairs under the covered outside dining area, which is adjacent to the brick built b.b.q. on one side, and reached from the house through double doors leading from the kitchen and dining room area. Ideal!
Once your are through the front door of Villa Marta, you will find to the right, a comfortable stylish lounge, with 2 creme leather settees, t.v., dvd player and portable steroeo.There is a suprise of a full wall picture window to the typically Canarian indoor garden.To the left, you will find the open plan indoor dining area, leading on to the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has an electric hob and cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, caffitierre,
slow cooker, mini mixer, wok and the usual area of pots, pans, crockery etc.
A door off the kitchen takes you into the utility room with washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
Take one of the 2 doors off the lounge and in a few paces you will reach twin bedroom one, with its own bathroom. There is a corner shower, sink and w.c.
Carry on and twin bedrooms two and three share a middle bathroom with double sinks, double shower, w.c. and bidet. Face back towards the indoor garden again and the principal double bedroom is on the left. This room has double doors leading to the terrace and a round glass topped rattan dining table and chairs under the covered pergola.
The ensuite is huge, with double sinks, w.c., bidet, a corner shower and jacuuzi style bath with a glass block detail window.
All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, all of the bathrooms are fully tiled. There is a security safe for your valuables.
The high ceiling and open plan aspect in the lounge, coupled with the atrium of the indoor garden give a cool serene feel to Villa Marta.
