Villa Louisa is 3 doors away from Casa Baroni, both villas together are perfect for a party of up to around 16 adults plus 2 or 3 babies in travel cots.

It is a delightful detached villa spilt over 2 levels and enjoys a fully walled garden with ample patio space for its 8 sun loungers around the poolside. The private electrically heated pool has gradual steps and is approx. 8 x 4 metres.

Located in a very quiet residential area, the tastefully and comfortably furnished villa offers reasonable privacy, yet is only five minutes drive away from the resort centre. For those not hiring a car the taxi rank is less than a five minute walk away as is the closest bus stop. Also within a few minutes walking distance is the Paradise Island Hotel and non residents are able to enjoy the internet terminals, bars and restaurants. Attached to this hotel is the nearest supermarket were you can get all your holiday essentials including freshly baked bread and International newspapers. Less than a two minute walk and over the quiet road is the childrens play area.

This villa is a super base for your holiday. It comprises of 2 spacious double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large open plan lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and windows to poolside, patio area with BBQ reached by patio doors from the lounge. 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor, this is 1 double and the 2 twins and the other double bedrooms and 1 bathroom is located on the upper floor, which also enjoys its own private roof terrace with mountain views to 2 sides and sea views over neighbouring developments.

There is a gated drive for your hire car if you choose to have one to explore the resort and the island.

Villas Blancas is a gated community is nestled under the view of Montana Roja.

You can gaze across to the Rubicon Range of Mountains in their splendour. The community is quiet and peaceful, with a mix of holiday and residents villas.

The grey volcanic walls complement the white villas and the green pretty gardens. Many of the villas have fabulous sea views. The bus stop and taxi rank are in easy walking distance, as are all the facilities at the Paradise Island Hotel with its mini markets. Villa Blancas is well placed to allow you an reasonably easy walk to Playa Flamingo, or a slight downhill walk to, the village of Playa Blanca.
