Villa Amber sleeps 4 adults and 4 children so is perfect for those with larger families or groups. In addition there is an apartment that sleeps a further 4 - this property therefore sleeps 12. ( please ask for price and availability)

There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors that lead out to the terrace and pool area. This bedroom has a large double bed and built in wardrobes and it's own en-suite bathroom which has a bath/shower and bidet. The other double bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes. The two single bedrooms have bunk beds in each and wardrobes. Bathroom no.2 is fitted with shower.

There is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen dining room. The living room has patio doors that lead out to the terrace an pool. The living room has satellite t.v with dvd. Outside on the terrace are tables and chairs for meals. Sunloungers are by the pool, where there is a built in BBQ. From the terrace you have absolutely fantastic views.

There is a main house with two double bedrooms and two bunk bed box rooms, in addition to this there is an adjoining apartment with a further double bed and twin bedroom -prices shown are for the main house only.

The apartment is reached by the shared drive and has a large lounge diner, kitchen, huge family bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles.

This is ideal for those in a big party that want some of their own space.

Please note that it is a very quiet neighbourhood and will not suit those looking to be loud or to party at home.
