Casa con Vista swimming pool is surrounded by a wide terrace, with sun beds, a parasol and brick built barbeque area. There is even an outside shower to cool off under. It has a fabulous astro turfed play area for children, within the walled and gated garden. This villa also has a jacuzzi hot tub and childrens play area with astro turf!

For the sports minded, there is an outside, full sized table tennis table. The swimming pool is big enough for fun and frolics on the inflatable pool toys, or serious keep fit swimming. There is a shaded pergola area with bright blue tiled seating and marble table for your al fresco dining. The front garden has a gated drive and parking for more than one car.

The interior, refurbished by the proud new owners in October 09, is sophisticated, yet homely. The ground floor comprises of a super lounge with family sized dining table next to the patio doors that leads to the garden terrace and pool. The kitchen is well equipped including the all-essential dishwasher; the window overlooks the front garden and drive. There is a jazzy twin bedroom, which is bright and sunny. The family bathroom stays cool and is roomy with a corner walk in shower.

Take the marble staircase to the first floor, where you will find the second family bathroom, complete with personalized, complimentary toiletries and plenty of white fluffy monogrammed towels. The second twin bedroom is sunny with mountain views. The fabulous master bedroom has tons of wardrobe space, a comfy bed and a private balcony through patio doors. Step on to this balcony and admire the rolling mountain and superb sea view.

Whether you are a family wanting plenty of room to both have your own space or socialize, or a romantic couple who enjoy room to move, this could well be the place for you. Bring your own laptop to connect to the complimentary WIFI which was installed following guest suggestions in September 2010.

Within a 5-minute walk, you will reach a local supermarket, and a further 10 minutes will find you with tapas and a tipple at a Canarian Tapas bar. Take a 15 to 20 minute stroll and you will be dipping your toes in the sea or taking a jaunt along the promenade and all the rich variety of shops in Playa Blanca village.

Imagine rest and recuperation around the pool, sunbathing and sangria. Lunchtime barbecues, afternoon swims and a siesta. Dining out at the fabulous 5 stars Marina Rubicon, a 5-minute drive away. Then sitting sipping your night cap on the balcony watching the twinkling lights of Playa Blanca and Fueteventura in the distance.
