A delightful, bright and sunny 4-bedroom villa with heated pool, walled, gated garden with sea and mountain views. Casa Princesca, invites families and couples alike to relax and enjoy either their own space, or have room to be sociable with their fellow holidaymakers.

The large lounge has a picture window, and patio doors onto the terrace. 3 sofas offer seating for all. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need including a dishwasher. The family sized dining table gives enough room for you to share your meals in this sunny kitchen. The two windows look out on the front garden and drive, where you can park 2 or more cars.

A double bedroom is situated on the ground floor; this huge room with patio doors to the poolside is sunny and light, with the added advantage of an ensuite with walk in shower. Perfect for anyone who likes his or her own space.

There is also twin bedroom on the ground floor and a family bathroom with walk in shower. Ideal for anybody who prefers a downstairs bedroom. The marble staircase leads to a twin bedroom with mountain views, and another lovely light family bathroom.

The delightful master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space. There are patio doors, which lead to a private balcony. The views from here are amazing, the sparkling Atlantic Ocean with the island of Fueteventura in the distance. Incredible in the day, when you can idle your hours away watching the boats and ferries. Magical at night when the brilliant array of stars twinkles above, and island coastline lights dance in the distance.

The fabulous illuminated and heated swimming pool is perfect for splashing around or swimming serious lengths. It has a terrace all around, sun beds; a brick built barbecue, and colorful garden borders. A fabulous Canarian style bench and fixed table, under the shade of the pergola, is a super place to sit and read or eat al fresco.

There is a small supermarket 5 minutes away, and stroll a little further and you will be at a Canarian Tapas bar. A 5-minute drive, or 20-minute walk, will take you to the pretty beach and sea front promenade of Playa Blanca. Here you will find a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants and fun to suit all pockets and ages.
