There are many super features and more importantly, unique super features about Casa Baroni.

Firsty this is a detached villa, it has sea and mountain views from its private upper terrace. Walls have been raised around the lower terrace and poolside making it completely private.

There is an off road gated driveway and security alarm system which should help towards making you feel safe and relaxed whilst enjoying your stay.

There are two en-suite double bedrooms - one on ground floor level with door directly to pool side and one on upper floor level with door directly to the upper terrace. The upper suite has a sunken bath, with a few fresh towels and candle light you can really get a spa feel in the en-suite, the windows even have mountain views.

Both twin bedrooms which each have two single beds and fitted wardrobe are on the ground floor, one has a door directly to poolside. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over.

The large lounge with comfortable leather sofas and doors to the poolside is accessed from all ground floor rooms. it has a bookcase with books and local interest magazines, a TV which can give some English language channels sky news, sports, music and some films.
Casa Baroni also has the largest selection of DVDs we have ever seen in a holiday villa. There is an indoor dining area and access to the fully fitted kitchen with that all important dishwasher.

The terrace is extended to allow a shaded area and plenty of sunshine areas too, there are six sun loungers, a built in BBQ and an outdoor dining table with chairs.

A portable CD player can be taken to poolside.

The area itself is residential, quiet and ideal for those wanting to get away from it all but not be too far from amenities.

Villas Blancas is a super base for your holiday. The gated community is nestled under the view of Montana Roja.

Then to the front, you can gaze across to the Rubicon Range of Mountains in their splendour. The community is quiet and peaceful, with a mix of holiday and residents villas.

The grey volcanic walls complement the white villas and the green pretty gardens. Many of the villas have fabulous sea views. The bus stop and taxi rank are in easy walking distance, as are all the facilities at the Paradise Island Hotel with its mini markets. Villa Blancas is well placed to allow you an reasonably easy walk to Playa Flamingo, or a slight downhill walk to, the village of Playa Blanca.

Fantastic booking service with Lanzarote Lates, very prompt with email replies. We liked the size location and privacy of this villa, and it exceeded our expectations, the cleaning was good, outstanding service, very helpful, maintenance was excellent, we would return. Excellent booking process with Lanzarote Lates, slightly inaccurate presentation on website, photos make the villa look much bigger than actual and it's in need of a refurb - NB from management - Villa is being refurbed by new owners October 2011. MVP tried to deal with all issues promptly and professionally. We probably wouldn't return as too far from resort and view spoilt by building site. All said a very pleasant holiday none the less!

It was very reassuring to have your friendly and helpful support during what was quite a stressful time not knowing when we would get home. Being allowed to stay in Casa Baroni the extra few days was a great relief with not having to find alternative accommodation so please could you also pass on our thanks to the owner of this villa. Each time we visit Lanzarote we like it more and more so hopefully we will see you again next year when we will try and avoid any volcanic eruptions! The booking with Lanzarote Lates was an extremely easy process and the staff were very helpful and friendly.  Considering we landed at night and had never been to Lanzarote before the instructions were very clear and we had no problem entering the property.  The villa was clean and tidy and it was fantastic that the lights were left on, music playing - a real welcome after the journey.

Upon arrival the cleanliness & presentation was very good.  We were pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and water for us as we arrived late at night.  We will definitely return, Playa Blanca is a beautiful place.
