We are pleased to bring you this fabulous new 3 bed 2 bath great villa close to the Marina and also close to the beach of Las Coloradas.
There is a private gated drive with room for one car. The garden has been planted with tropical plants and trees that will eventually grow to give privacy at the side of the patio.
The front door leads you into the the lounge area with comfortable settees, flat screen TV with DVD and some English language channels. Through the lounge you reach the patio doors which open to the pool side.
The spiral staircase leads up to three bedrooms. One double bedroom which is en suite with patio doors to the upper terrace where there are wonderful sea views and steps down to the pool side! There is a family bathroom upstairs along with two twin bedrooms, all bedrooms have shuttered windows.
The outdoor dining area is tucked under the shade but the table is light enough to be moved into the sun light if you are keen for a tan whilst dining al-fresco!
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, the area is open plan with breakfast bar and a small cozy area with bucket seats for you to sit in whilst you watch the coffee maker do the hard work for you!
This relaxing area leads into the indoor dining room with table and six chairs and patio doors to the poolside.
A utility room houses the washing machine iron and ironing board.
This villa aims to keep its standards and facilities in immaculate condition and therefore doesn’t allow smoking inside or out.

Booked through Lanzarote Lates with Marie. It was quick, easy, straighforward, informative and friendly. We chose Casa Bella for the location and heated pool. It was better than expected and the photos on the internet didn't do the villa justice. Especially the view from the balcony and living accomodation downstairs. The team are good, helpful and friendly.
