Residential Iris is a small but exclusive development comprising of 41 townhouses is ideally located near the new marina in Playa Blanca.

Each property has a small front garden and most of the houses boast sea views, those that don’t, benefit from views over the beautiful community gardens and swimming pool.

Casa Oliver is located on the outside of the complex and from the upstairs balcony you can see the mountains and the sea.

It is a modern town house, comfortably furnished to a high standard, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV (which is portable so you can take to any room to watch a film), DVD, CD, radio, washing machine
and much more.

The master bedroom enjoys its own bathroom, there is a twin bedroom upstairs next to the master, and downstairs is another bathroom. Next to this bathroom is a multipurpose room which has a double sofa bed, and TV cabinet so you can allow the children to take the flat screen TV/DVD into this room and give you some peace and quiet in the lounge. Then later the room can be slept in. There are doors from this room which lead to a small open area, suitable for a bit of private sunbathing.

Email sent upon return to the UK: Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in Casa Oliver. It was a lovely villa and great position being near the Papagayo beaches and the Marina Rubicon. It was very well presented and we had everything we needed and the Managing Agents looked after us very well during our stay. Never made it in the end to the pool there was just too much to do! Directions were spot on!  The villa was very clean, well presented with nice touches (welcome pack, lights on, etc).  It was a nice touch to get a midweek clean and change of towels.  Casa Oliver had everything we wanted.
