This modern detached, 4 bed villa has an electrically heated pool (7m x 3m) and sits in the most enviable position next to the grand entrance of Gran Melia Volcan Hotel by Marina Rubicon. The villa is spacious and spread over three floors.
The very nearest beach is a beautiful unspoilt pebble one which is perfect for snorkelling and swimming from, it is accessed from the promenade down quite a steep slope which is probably not suitable for young children or the elderley. The next beach is less than a 10 min walk away.
There is a master bedroom which has a roof terrace and the most amazing sea and mountain views with en-suite bathroom. The ground floor has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom which one of which is en-suite.
Outside ground level you will find -
The oval shaped electrically heated pool with gradual steps and hand rail. Kept at 28 degrees all year around unless you request it to be cooler! There are 8 sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor dining table with chairs and parasol.
On the ground floor you will find -
The large lounge with two comfy settees and further seating for up to 10 people. There are two picture windows to the poolside. A TV with English language channels, DVD player and films are provided. There is a CD player and radio.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and door to outside BBQ area under the pergola.
There is a toilet and basin. Just between the kitchen and lounge 8 adults can comfortably fit around the indoor dining table.
On the upper floor you will find -
Extensive wardrobe area, bathroom and large bedroom with picture windows to the most wonderful sea and mountain views. Patio doors lead to the roof terrace which has table and chairs for two.
On the lower floor you will find -
A further lounge with settee's for quiet time and relaxation, a double futon for an extra person or two, hifi, twin bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 and one bathroom. There is also a games area with table football and full sized pool table.
Two cots and two high chairs are available for tiny tots.
The drive is gated with space for two cars if you really want to drive but car hire is not needed. The seafront location means you can stroll to the beaches, bars and restaurants at any time!
