I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service from yourselves before and during our recent holiday at Villa Alita.

I appreciated the helpful and frequent communication during the booking process, the directions were first class, and good enough for me to find Villa Alita on Google Earth before we left!  The villa was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.  I was impressed (and pleasantly surprised) by the two pool cleaning visits, and the towel change during a one week stay.  And finally, you arranged transport back to the airport at short notice.

I found all MVP / Lanzarote Lates staff a pleasure to deal with.

Many thanks for a super holiday, but now it?s back to the reality of work. 

 I?d certainly book through you again should we plan to return to Lanzarote.

Hi Marie, Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Alita, such peace, I relaxed so much, I couldn?t ?un-relax? when I got home. My brother-in-law who was with us usually starts wanting to go home after a week but he said that he did not feel that at Playa Blanca. We are looking forward to returning in the not too distant future. The pool man and cleaners were great, all very helpful etc. Thanks a million for all your help too.

We received an excellent, personal booking service and all the information requested was given. The directions to the villa were very good. When we arrived we were pleased to find the presentation of the villa was excellent. I am very particular about cleanliness and it was/is one of the best we have stayed in. We received a very personal service and the team are very friendly - thank you! (especially for sorting out feather pillows - thanks Marie!)

The booking process was very good. We knew the area and that is why we booked Villa Alita. It met all of our expectations and was cleaned very well. The MVP team were also very good.

Villa Alita is in a good location and this was the main reason we chose it. The presentation of the villa was excellent and all of our expectations were met with no problems. MVP were first class and professional, no further suggestions, good effort. February - March (2 weeks)08

Booking with Lanzarote Lates was ok once they were given the correct email address. We chose Villa Alita because it was in an ideal location. It also had the appeal of having a heated pool and a very useful machine. Getting to and in the villa was fine, no problems. The actual inside of the villa was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Our expectations were met as this is a nice villa. The pool was excellent and the cleaning team were friendly and very efficient.

Hi Angie, Just a quick note to say that we had a great stay at Alita. The house was very well equipped and in a nice quiet location although only ten minute stroll from the Marina Rubicon. Hi Marie, Sorry it has taken a week or so to get round to emailing you, but going back to work and all that I've just been so busy! I just wanted to say that we had an absolutely fantastic holiday at Villa Alita, and I wanted to thank you and all the team there for making it so special for us. The Villa was fantastic, spotlessly clean and welcoming upon arrival and The cleaner and pool cleaner were just great every time they came round. It was also really nice that you took the time out of your busy schedule to come round to see us.
