Casa Princesa I is an elegantly furnished, new villa in a fabulous near central location in Playa Blanca with a private pool in the back garden. There is off road parking on the gated drive, beside a traditional canarian cactus planted garden.

The villa is semi-detached and has a lounge with kitchen, bathroom and large master bedroom with double bed and a twin bedded room.

Casa Princesa is suitable for two adults sleeping in the large master bedroom which has a mosquito net, fitted wardrobes, and security safe, and two more adults or older children in the second twin bedroom which also has mosquito nets. Please note that due to the funky minimalist, sharp white look of Casa Princesa, this villa is not small child/toddler friendly! It is however perfect for those who appreciate fine things!


In the bright and airy lounge there is a sofa with 2 armchairs, TV with satellite, and DVD player and portable hi fi Double patio doors on one side lead to the indoor dining area, and on the other side lead to the patio and poolside.

A fully equipped kitchen also includes a washing machine and microwave. The bathroom has shower over bath and the vanity unit contains a hairdryer for guests use.

The villa also has an outside dining area with furniture for enjoying those balmy evenings, and of course another essential for outside dining - a barbecue and cooking utensils.

The pool is 6 x 4m with gradual steps.and has a cover which helps to retain the heat from the days sunshine. The patio has been extended so that guests can really make the most of the sun and the walls have been raised to give complete privacy.

A central portcullis arch leads you to the beautiful community of Parque Del Rey, which translates to Park of the King.

After the only central entrance, you can veer to the left or right which will lead you to one of the two exits of Parque Del Rey. Within the community of 70 villas, you will find a mix of holiday and locals homes.

They all have pretty gardens, and gated driveways, some with sea views, and all have stunning views of Montana Roja and the Rubicon Range of Mountains.

This tranquil totally flat landscape setting is certainly one to be enjoyed for couples and families alike. Although some of the villas have 2 easily negotiated garden steps. Whether you are pushing a buggy or being pushed in a chair it is a flat and easy route to the sea front and wheel/push chair friendly village of Playa Blanca.

If you exit left, you can walk in 8 minutes or so to the mini market Supermerloby, there you can buy holiday essentials, including fresh bread, fruit, vegetables and local vino.

Take a right, and the Cordoba Hotel has a supermarket, just 6 minutes or so away. You can use the facilities at the hotel too if you wish.

You will pass the bus stop at the end of the road, which is a reliable, regular service.

Otherwise, a taxi from Parque Del Rey to Hiperdino the large supermarket in the Village will cost a few euros. You can buy all you need here, including fresh fish, meat and in store baked bread.

Head back to your villa in Parque Del Rey, light your BBQ, have a swim while the charcoal is heating up. Stretch out on your sunbed and relax in the privacy of your walled garden.

If you take a right out of Parque Del Rey, and walk towards the sea, you will see some tennis courts with a well trodden path, alongside. Take this and in no time at all you will be at the harbour. A traditional pretty harbour, with the small fishing boats and by contrast the grand ferry boats too.

Punta Limones is the area you have walked to, and in the commercial center to your right, there are numerous bars, clubs and restaurants, including a wait for it…Chip shop! Popeyes serves great pub food, as does the Irish Anvil, entertainment is fabulous there too.

Stride out to the left to discover the pedestrianised shopping street of Playa Blanca, admire the sea views in-between the shops, restaurants and bars, whether it is Tapas or Tipple you are after, you will find it here!

We stayed last June so we knew it would be perfect for our honeymoon and safe for our baby. There was champagne in the fridge on arrival - perfect! Its a lot better now the wall has been raised and bigger patio makes a big difference. Very friendly staff at MVP.

It more than met our expectations and was a perfect setting to spend our honeymoon. Casa Princesa looked good on the internet and the pool inparticular had great appeal as it looked so attractive. Everything upto to actually getti inside the villa was excellent, very straight forward and the presentation of the villa was also excellent. It met all of our expectations and would definately be an option to stay in again. MVP were great, the pool was clean, the towels changed and even an initial introduction.

Booking was straight forward, information good, the little touches such as wine, milk water makes it stand out from other apartments that we have booked, also meant we didnt have to rush out to the shops. We were attracted to the villa as the pictures stood out to us whilst looking for a villa. The private pool and that it looked clean and modern. The taxi driver got lost and one phone call to the office and we were straight there. The cleanliness and presentation both really good, just how we pictured it and better. We have stayed in villas before and this is by far the best, very quiet (which was great). All the team are just what you need, very friendly and helpful, can't fault any of them great service. Great property with a good service by the team we would come back.
