Superb views of Playa Blanca and Fuerteventura along with the mountain ranges to Femes. You can also see the cruise ships docking at the harbour and boats sailing into the marina.
The 8m x 4m pool is private and solar heated, it is located at the front of the villa so you get to enjoy the views as you swim!
There are Roman steps and a handrail, which allow easy access and exit from the pool, which is particularly handy for younger swimmers, or for those who aren’t as agile as they used to be! There are plenty of sunloungers and we've found the patio here is a great sun trap from morning to early evening.
The entrance leads into the large lounge with double doors to the patio area with outdoor dining area. There is plenty of shade provided and a stone built in BBQ for all you budding alfresco chefs out there!
The lounge has a comfortable settee, TV with a Sky+ system fitted. A DVD, films, books and hi-fi are provided. A Play Station 2, (with two controllers) is provided. At the end of the lounge is a kitchen area with fridge-freezer, cooker, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The dining area has a table with six chairs a really nice thing is that you can sit at the dining table and enjoy fabulous mountain views through the feature round window.
The master-suite is large with double wardrobes and en-suite bathroom that has a spa bath.
The second bedroom has two single beds and double wardrobes. This room has its own en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower .
There is a third bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, also with spa bath.
All rooms in this impressive villa have an internal sound system that you can use to either listen to the radio on or plug in your own music via your ipod.
The solana/utility room is home to the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A hairdryer and hairstraightners are also provided so you can afford to pack lightly.
Outside the property there is a large driveway for parking.
Los Altos actually is built on the side of Montana Roja. Perfectly placed for mountain walks and adventures. Only 3or 4 roads of houses with a mix of residents and holidaymakers make this a quiet holiday location.
There is little light pollution and Star gazing is high on the agenda, absolutely incredible. The stars are rivaled probably only by the breathtaking views of Playa Blanca, as far as the Marina Rubicon across the sea.
Or the splendour of Femes, Las Brenas and beautiful Timanfya Mountains can be viewed to the left.
It’s the one place where you can literally watch everyone that comes in and out of Playa Blanca as the only two roads in and out of the village are in view way below.
You will need a car to get to the shops and bars, unless you want to walk downhill for about 15minutes to the Paradise Island Hotel where you can use the bar, shop and if you wish join the all inclusive buffet meal system for around 12e a head. There is a great pool, play area, and gymnasium there as well. The taxi rank and bus stop are located there too.
Once you are this far, a further 15 minutes walk and you will find yourself at Playa Flamingo with all its beauty and delights.
If you want peace and quiet, mountain and sea views, pretty wildlife seeking walks, and amazing opportunities for photography, Los Altos is for you.

Booked via Marie who was extremely helpful. We chose this villa for the quiet location, with views and modern furniture/finishings. Upon arrival the cleanliness and presentation was excellent - 5*! The villa totally exceeded our expectations. The team were very helpful and efficient - delightful!. We will definately return! |
