The villa was well presented and clean.  The team were polite and thorough.

The villa was really tidy and has good decor and presentation. It was perfect!

Booking with Marie was superb as usual! As it was our honeymoon we chose Lemon Tree for the pool and Jacuzzi. It was excellent, much more than we expected - absolutely lovely. The team are brilliant. We would absolutely return to this villa.

We booked for the location, privacy and the look of the villa. The directions were very simple, easy and straightforward. The villa was very clean and welcoming on our arrival. It was much more spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean, homely, welcoming, well stocked (i.e. kitchen equipment). We have had a very enjoyable stay.

Our 10 day stay has gone too fast! The MVP team were very prompt to all enquiries.

The villa is excellent - very quiet and private.

The cleanliness & presentation was 110%. Julie, the housekeeper, made the villa most welcoming - really, really nice! The team are perfect - you cannot improve on the best!

Dealt with Marie during the booking process who was very helpful and informative. We booked Lemon Tree for the privacy, hot tub and heated pool. Upon arrival everything was perfect. The heated pool was lovely temperature and is the only pool I have got in everyday! The service received in resort was excellent, quick with prompt attention. We would definitely return to Lemon Tree. It is a beautiful villa and we've had a most enjoyable holiday.

The villa looked good on the internet and had it's own pool. The team were very attentive and our expectations were fully met.

We received an excellent service from Lanzarote Lates. We were attracted to Lemon Tree for the pool and hot tub. The villa fully met our expectations and was presented very good on our arrival. The MVP team were prompt when required.

The location, pool and the look of the villa attracted us to Villa Therese. The directions were great and we found it first time with no problems at all. Upon arrival the villa was as the pictures had shown, it was clean on arrival and everything was to hand. The towels were changed regularly and the pool was cleaned 4 times when we were here by friendly staff.

We didn?t really know what to expect but it was very good! Very friendly team at MVP

Villa Therese had great appeal because of its heated pool and the good spot that its located in. The inside of the villa was just as good, very good infact and very impressive. We didn?t actually see anyone from MVP but we know they tried to visit us, leaving us contact details for if we had any problems.

We chose to stay at Villa Therese because of some advice received from Marie at Lanzarote lates, after choosing the villa the rest of the booking process was very easy. The instructions to the villa were very good and it met all of our expectations, infact it was Lovely!

Villa Therese was lovely and having our own heated pool was great. Everything about the service and villa was very good and we would definitely consider returning to the villa.

We had a fantastic week staying at Villa Therese. Everything was perfect! The Montaña staff, pool cleaners and most of all the beautiful villa with our own heated pool! Will most definitely return. Summer07

It was wonderful, exceeded expectations, the property managers MVP were fantastic - when we had no water they sorted it within hours. The best villa we have stayed in. Just keep doing what you are doing!

Lanzarote Lates - very easy to book with, directions clear and easy to follow, villa very clean and well maintained, great service from the team, pool was cleaned twice a week.

Just wanted to say again how much we enjoyed our holiday in Playa Blanca last week. We could not have asked for nicer Villas (Lemon Tree and Villa Medina)and the weather was absolutely brilliant. It was the first time most of us had visited the Island and we were not disappointed. The quality of food in the restaurants was much better than other resorts we have visited and the entertainment was excellent. One of the entertainers we spoke to in Mollies Bar went to school near where I lived in Scotland and his mum lives a few streets away from my own mother - small world. The Wine and the fridge products you provided made were a great start to the holiday as we were all dying for a cup of tea when we arrived. Many thanks also for the birthday cards and the bubbly. That was a very kind and really went down well with us all. We had a major BBQ in Lemon Tree to celebrate the birthdays. Eating outside in the sun is second to none. My family decided on staying in Lemon Tree Villa when we arrived - and the hot tub was a real bonus. I particularly liked the pool and the pool house. Now that I am back at work I wish I was back there. All in all a great holiday and we plan to come back to Lanzarote sometime. Thanks again. Kind Regards Steve

We would like to thank you all for the way our place was prepared for our arrival it was superb. As you know Linda is very house proud and she would be your biggest critic so she also was very grateful for the high standard of preparation inside and out. Meeting Nat and Mal was a pleasure and if they are looking after our place on behalf of Montana we will be very pleased. I made a point of thanking Nat and Mal but please pass that on again also many thanks to Marie who is always a pleasure to deal with. We have been around long enough to know it is not all down to two people and are sure yourselves were involved in the prep as usual so once again thanks to you all. The villa was superb, furnished to a very high standard and immaculately clean. It has everything you could possibly want on holiday. The wine in the fridge was very welcome!! The heated pool was great and the pool area is very spacious and private, ideal for sunbathing and BBQs. The pool area has sun all day; however there are shaded areas for those that require them. The hot tub is an added bonus. This was our first time in Playa Blanca and we were very impressed. Spoilt for choice with nice restaurants and a lovely Marina. We will definitely be going back and staying at Lemon Tree Villa.

Hi Angie, Myself & my family stayed in this villa for two weeks over Easter. The villa is fantastic, beautifully furnished and very spacious. It has every possible convenience needed for a self - catering holiday although we ate out most evenings, the resort has an excellent choice of restaurants, Tipico Espanol was our favourite. My daughter & her friend especially enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi in the villa. Terrific accommodation for a large party I would highly recommend this villa. Dad & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. We think you have a lovely place and are so grateful that you allowed us to stay in it. We very much liked the little touches that were provided on our arrival. As we don't drive abroad we sussed out the Taxi service. The weather was lovely and hot which was a big plus. We have just returned from a stay at Villa Theresa and cannot praise this excellent villa enough. In a quiet residential location it is a real home from home with the added benefit of a swimming pool as you walk from your bedroom. It is clean, tidy and has everything you can think of for a quiet relaxing break in the sun. We will definitely be going back next year and cannot wait. November 2005

Just returned from a great holiday in Lanzarote, staying at Villa Therese. Playa Blanca is beautiful and a great place to go snorkelling. Children loved it, loads to do, everybody so friendly. The villa was a great base, everything in easy reach. We all loved having our own private pool. Transfers from the airport were brill. August 2005
