Casa Olivia is a 2 bed 2 bath detached high quality villa with its own private pool which is solar heated and electrically heated. There is airconditioning in both bedrooms.

Inside there is twin leather settees, good quality furnishings, marble floors, high ceilings, TV with SKY package, a DVD player with up to date films, CD player. There is also a full information pack on the villa and surrounding area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and a welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, juice, biscuits and wine awaits you.

The large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table has an on-suite marble bathroom with shower over bath. There is a door to the patio area off the master suite. The twin bedroom enjoys a view to the private pool and has the use of the family walk in shower-room.

Outside there is an outdoor seating area, which is lit and covered for evening dining. The garden is fully walled with sun loungers and BBQ. From the garden you can see the sea, lighthouse and neighbouring islands.

There is a utility room with washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is off road parking
